As an experienced Scrum Master, you will play a key role in driving the Agile transformation within a variety of complex organizations. You will champion the Agile mindset while supporting cross-functional teams in their journey towards self-organization and continuous improvement.

Your focus will be on facilitating collaboration, fostering transparency, and creating an environment of trust, where open dialogue and constructive discussions can thrive. With experience in scaling Agile frameworks, particularly SAFe, you will be well-equipped to handle the challenges of implementing Agile at scale within large organizations. A strong understanding of backend systems and integration challenges will further help you drive success in your projects.

Functie-eisen

• Completed HBO/WO education (Bachelor’s/Master’s degree or equivalent)
• At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, with a strong preference for experience in SAFe environments within IT teams
• Proven track record of working as a Scrum Master in sectors such as government, telecom, banking, or automotive
• Possession of a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or Professional Scrum Master (PSM I/II) certification is a plus; if not, we offer support to help you achieve certification
• Deep knowledge and hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum
• Availability ofhours per week
• Fluent in both Dutch and English, with strong communication skills in a professional setting

Primary Employment Conditions

• Competitive salary ranging from €4,300 to €,000 gross per month based on a 36-hour workweek
• Quarterly bonus or 13th-month payment, depending on client-specific employment conditions
• 8.33% holiday pay

Contract Form

• At least a one-year contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent contract
