**The Team and Role:**
With a fast-moving, innovative culture and strong balance sheet, Logitech aims to extend human potential in work & play by designing software-enabled hardware solutions that drive superior performance when gaming and superior productivity while at work. We're looking for the right person to join our finance team. Is that you?
We are looking for a Senior Finance Manager, Global Direct E-Commerce, to support the Head of Global Direct E-Commerce (GDE) on a journey of consistent sales growth and profit improvement, while ensuring strong processes and controls are in place on financial planning & reporting.
The role is based in one of our European offices, preferably in Utrecht, but also in Paris, Munich, or London.
The SR Finance Manager, Global Direct E-Commerce, is a critical and multi-faceted role. While it will involve some recurring tasks every quarter (ensuring the books are closed correctly, that SOX controls are performed, etc.), it will also require some critical thinking & advanced modeling capabilities to explore growth opportunities (geographic expansion, strategic engagements with external partners, commercial & go-to-market (GTM) strategies, etc.).
This role has the potential to give the successful candidate relatively high exposure to Senior Leadership, because GDE is a very strategic business at Logitech.
In this role, you will be a member of the GDE Leadership Team, and will provide finance & business analytics support to the entire GDE organization, ranging from the Tech team (Long-Term / R&D-like investments) to the Marketing team (incl. modeling of advertising impacts) to the Commercial team (where your support will be expected on business planning & go-to-market analyses).
**This finance role has a full P&L responsibility that you will manage together with the Head of GDE. But this role goes beyond finance, with the ownership of the e-commerce business analytics** . You will report to the Global Head of Sales Finance & Operations, a team that you will collaborate with, including benchmarking GDE's performance with other GTM channels.
The Senior Finance Manager, Global E-Commerce, will play a key role in offering an unbiased and independent view on the business and on assessing the financial impact of the decisions that need to be made. She/he will be a key enabler who ensures the Global Commercial Organisation (GCO) guidelines are implemented.
The primary business interactions in that position will be the global GDE teams, both Global and Regional. From a functional side, there will be frequent interactions with the regional and global finance teams as well as with the GCO Sales Operations team.
From a commercial standpoint, the position will give you an opportunity to work in close contact with the realities of the E-Commerce business worldwide.
**Your Contribution**
Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Collaborate. Challenge. Decide and just Do. Share our passion for Equality and the Environment. These are the behaviors you'll need for success at Logitech. In this role you will:
+ Support the Head of GDE and his team in making financially sound decisions, driving profitable sales growth, and improving contribution margin.
+ P&L ownership for the GDE Business.
+ Business & financial performance analysis & reporting of the GDE business.
+ Ensure plans reflected in the forecast submissions can be reasonably achieved and/or that material deviations to these plans are transparently communicated.
+ Financial planning (short-term but also multi-year).
+ Help improve communication & guidance with the Regions, to ensure harmonization in the way the GDE performance is being analyzed.
+ Play a key finance advisory role in GDE development & expansion projects.
+ Financial modeling of business opportunities.
+ Business partnering with GDE teams.
+ Guardian of GDE accounting rigor & compliance.
+ Transform the way we collect, analyze & use underlying e-commerce data.
+ Manage a small team of analysts who focus on the GDE underlying business drivers.
**Your Skills & Qualifications**
For consideration, you must bring the following skills and behaviors to our team
+ Master's Degree, with a specialization in Finance or Accounting.
+ 10+ years in FP&A or 'Business Finance' roles, in international environments like FMCG, Consumer Electronics, or the PC industry.
+ Previous finance experience supporting an online business.
+ People management experience.
+ Solid business acumen and judgment.
+ Sound analytical skills. Ability to interpret data. Ability to do financial modeling & build business cases.
+ Expert MS Excel / Gsheet user. Familiar with FP&A tools like Oracle Hyperion, Anaplan, SAP Analytics, etc., and BI tools like Tableau, Qlik sense, Power BI.
+ Used to working in matrix/functional structures.
+ Enjoy fast fast-changing business context in an informal culture. Capable of bringing structure while enabling pace and control.
+ Self-motivated. Familiar with multicultural context.
+ At ease in communication with management.
+ Fluent in English. Any other language(s) a plus.
