Jouw rol in de organisatie
Als Brand/Marketing Manager stuur je het Jeans Centre marketingteam aan, onderdeel van de JOG-brede marketingafdeling. Dat betekent dat je niet alleen met je eigen team werkt (grafisch vormgevers, een Retail marketeer, een marketingcoördinator en een Social Media coördinator), maar ook nauw samenwerkt met JOG-disciplines als visual merchandising, fotografie, en operations. Zij ondersteunen jou in het bouwen van een sterk merk.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor hoe Jeans Centre zich presenteert over alle touchpoints; van etalage tot Instagram en van nieuwsbrief tot kassabon. Campagnes, promoties, kortingsacties, collectiepresentaties: jij zorgt dat het merkverhaal overal consistent en aantrekkelijk is. Je werkt intensief samen met inkoop, e-commerce, digital marketing en CRM om campagnes, promoties en merkuitstraling perfect op elkaar af te stemmen.
Wat je gaat doen
Aansturen van het Jeans Centre marketingteam en samenwerken met JOG-brede disciplines (VM, fotografie, operations).
Plannen en coördineren van campagnes en promoties.
Opstellen van begrotingen, planningen en briefings; bewaken van deadlines en prioriteiten.
Initiëren en uitwerken van creatieve concepten en content binnen onze brand identity.
Ontwikkelen van campagnes en promoties dmv visuele concepten, campagne-taglines, storytelling en roll out plannen.
Begeleiden van campagnes en prmoties van concept tot livegang, inclusief monitoring en optimalisatie.
Samenwerken met inkoop en Visual Merchandise voor presentatie en visuele vertaling van collecties.
Nauwe samenwerking met e-commerce en digital marketing voor consistente merkuitstraling op alle touchpoints.
Organiseren en hosten van klantenpanels.
Rapporteren aan de Head of Brands van de JOG Group en actief bijdragen in het managementteam van Jeans Centre. Rapporteert in de matrix organisatie ook aan de CEO van Jeans Centre.

Job Description
+ Define and own the product roadmap for embedded software features and platforms.
+ Work closely with technical team to support key customer programs.
+ Translate market needs and customer feedback into detailed product requirements and user stories.
+ Collaborate closely with engineering, hardware, QA, and design teams to ensure successful development and delivery.
+ Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven insights and business value.
+ Lead security-related initiatives, ensuring embedded products meet industry-recognized certification standards (e.g., PSA Certified, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, etc.).
+ Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy.
+ Act as a product expert, providing support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
+ Manage release planning, product documentation, and go-to-market strategies.
+ Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are integrated into product design and development
Qualifications
**Required:**
+ Strong understanding of embedded software development (RTOS, C/C++, microcontrollers, firmware, etc.).
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in industries such as automotive, industrial automation, IoT, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
+ Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and requirements management systems.
+ Understanding of hardware-software integration and testing.
