Flikweert Vision zoekt een getalenteerde en ervaren computer vision specialist die onze machines slimmer en efficiënter maakt. In deze rol ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerp, de implementatie en optimalisatie van geavanceerde machine vision-algoritmen. In deze rol deel je actief je expertise en fungeer je als mentor om junior specialisten te ondersteunen en het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen.
Je taken:
- Begeleiden en coachen van collega's: Je fungeert als mentor om minder ervaren specialisten te ondersteunen en het team naar een hoger niveau te tillen door het delen van jouw expertise
- Onderzoek en innovatie stimuleren: Je identificeert en implementeert de nieuwste technologieën en trends in machine vision en vertaalt deze naar concrete verbeteringen in onze systemen. Dit bespreek je proactief met jouw manager, waarmee je direct bijdraagt aan het vormgeven van onze strategische ontwikkelingsroadmap.
- Samenwerking met andere teams: Je werkt samen met collega's van software, productspecalisten en service om geavanceerde vision-technologie om te zetten naar stabiele en klantgerichte oplossingen in de praktijk.
- Ontwikkeling en innovatie: Je traint, ontwikkelt en optimaliseert deep learning-modellen voor toepassingen zoals objectdetectie, classificatie en segmentatie, met een sterke focus op prestaties en schaalbaarheid.
- Optimalisatie en probleemoplossing: Je verhoogt de nauwkeurigheid, snelheid en betrouwbaarheid van algoritmen en lost technische uitdagingen in beeldverwerkingsprocessen op door geavanceerde technieken zoals TensorRT en CUDA toe te passen.
- Validatie en implementatie: Je test machine vision-modellen in realistische omgevingen, valideert de prestaties om kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid te garanderen en begeleidt de implementatie van deze modellen in onze sorteermachines.
- Datastrategie en analyse: Je optimaliseert datastrategieën, waarborgt hoogwaardige datasets en identificeert trends en verbeterpunten door middel van data.

Wie ben jij?
- Minimaal 8 jaar ervaring in computer vision in combinatie met deep learning.
- Minimaal een afgeronde wo opleiding in Computer Science, Computer Vision of een vergelijkbare richting.
- Aantoonbare, gedegen ervaring in computer vision en technische expertise op dit gebied.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden en het vermogen om als mentor op te treden.
- Ervaring met moderne deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow).
- Kennis van model-optimalisatie en deploymenttechnieken (TensorRT) is een pre.
- Sterke programmeervaardigheden in Python.
- Kennis van GPU's en bent vertrouwd met CUDA.
- Ervaring met Linux-omgevingen.

Your job is to transform data into useful insights by developing an end-to-end monitoring solution for Swisscom, backed by a state-of-the-art Big Data technology stack. Je volgt gerichte trainingen, behaalt erkende certificaten en werkt aan uitdagende opdrachten bij verschillende opdrachtgevers. Dit ga je doen
Een goed begin is het halve werk. Daarom start je bij QISS IT met een intensieve bootcamp van drie weken. Tijdens deze periode word je klaargestoomd met praktische IT-trainingen én soft skills-sessies. Je behaalt meteen je eerste twee certificaten: MS-900 en AZ-900. Zo leg je een sterke basis voor jouw carrière in de IT.
Na de bootcamp is het tijd voor het echte werk. Je gaat op detacheringsbasis aan de slag bij verschillende opdrachtgevers in de regio Den Haag, Rotterdam, Amsterdam of Utrecht, afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats. De eerste opdrachten zijn gericht op oriëntatie: ontdekken wat de IT-wereld allemaal te bieden heeft, de basis onder de knie krijgen en praktijkervaring opdoen met systemen en processen.
Na 7 maanden kijk je samen met je Talentmanager welke richting het beste bij jou past. Kies je voor de Big Data-track, dan werk je samen toe naar een rol als bijvoorbeeld Data Analist, Business Intelligence Consultant of Data Engineer. Samen stel je een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan op, gericht op jouw groei. Je volgt gerichte trainingen, behaalt relevante certificaten en doet praktijkervaring binnen Big Data Alles is erop gericht om jou te laten ontwikkelen tot een professionele en veelzijdige IT'er met een focus op organiseren, coördineren en samenwerken.
En het mooie is: je staat er niet alleen voor. Naast je Talentmanager krijg je ook begeleiding van een IT-coach. Samen ondersteunen zij jou zowel op professioneel als persoonlijk vlak, zodat jij kunt groeien op een manier die écht bij je past. Win-win

Bij QISS IT start je niet in zomaar een traineeship, maar in een traject vol kansen. Vanaf dag één krijg je betaald – zelfs tijdens tijdens de bootcamp van drie weken. Je ontvangt een contract met baangarantie en er ligt een duidelijk ontwikkelplan voor je klaar.
