What You Do On a Typical Day- Planning the weekly workload, establishing priorities to achieve the set goals
- Organization to ensure that the process runs smoothly and in accordance with KPI's
- Provide training and assessments to their teams. Performance evaluations

- Supervises and develops staff and otherwise carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organizations policies and applicable law
- Bachelor’s degree/HBO in related fields will be preferred
- Experience in the Logistic sector, preferably in warehousing is required
- Leadership & coaching experience > 3 years > 40 FTE
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Dutch and Spanish is an advantage
- Preferably with Advanced level of visual basic, flexibility, proactiveness and initiative

- Acts as the Owner/Editor of all Global Warehousing Training Content and Documentation and Training Qualifications within Controlled Document Management System (CDOCS) and Learning Management System (LMS).
- Acts as the Owner of Assignment Vehicles and Learning Activities within Learning Management System (LMS).
- Cooperates with Learning & Performance (L&P) to define and assess effectiveness of the training strategy.
- Collaborates with other Supply Chain functions to assure sufficient qualified instructors are assigned to deliver training.
Develop and maintain a good relationship with Global Distribution, Quality and Warehouse Network stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in supply chain, logistics and/or economics.
- 4+ years' supply chain/logistics experience preferably within the pharmaceutical industry or another strongly regulated environment.
- At minimum basic GMP knowledge and experience.
- Basic knowledge of and experience with ERP and WMS systems, preferably SAP (E)WM.
- Strong cross functional business process modelling skills.
- Able to effectively facilitate business process modelling workshops engaging diverse, global stakeholder groups.
- Solid understanding of warehousing processes and the ability to document processes in process flows and Quality Management System Documents (SOPs and WIs).
- Experience with Quality Management Systems.
- Experience with Business Process Modelling and Notation (BPMN) and technical writing skills.
- Affinity for various learning and development methods including e-learning.
- Preferably experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS).
- Preferably SCOR-P Certified.
- Able to work autonomously and drive initiatives.
- Experience operating in a matrix-based organization collaboration and leading with network.
- Fluency in English, both in oral and written communication.
- Excellence in working with MS Office.
Extra information:
The manager is seeking someone who can start in January 2026. The role requires a minimum of one day per week on site, and a dedicated home workspace is essential. Salary indication is €5400 - €5750 per month excl. 13th month, holiday allowance and travel allowance.

As Global Head of Production and Warehouse Operations your key responsibilities will include:
- Leading global physical operations across warehousing, logistics, print production, and instrument distribution in the US and Europe
- Conduct a global audit of current processes and KPIs and suggest improvements where needed
- Partner with regional and site-level leaders to scale best practices and ensure operational consistency across geographies
- Manage global vendor relationships and optimize supply chain reliability and cost structure
- Overseeing global capacity planning, demand alignment, and facility utilization
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Finance teams to ensure operational readiness for growth
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven experience leading physical operations globally in a high-velocity, product-driven business
- Proven track record of owning end-to-end supply chain, warehousing, and distribution across multiple regions
- Experience modernizing legacy operations, implementing systems (ERP/WMS), and introducing lean processes
- The ability to stabilize day-to-day operations while building scalable infrastructure for growth
- Brings high operational standards, real-world leadership experience, and fluency in execution
- A background in print, music products, consumer goods, or hardware logistics is preferred
- Strong sense of ownership and ability to deliver results in dynamic environments
- Approaches challenges with a hands-on, problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable iterating quickly and working across functions to unblock execution
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); proficiency in Dutch is a plus
