**Job Responsibilities**
+ Provide technical supportfor commercial refrigeration components, ensuring that customers have clear and accurate information.
+ Support the resolution of technical issues related to refrigeration components, collaborating with support teams to ensure optimal service to customers.
+ Prepare and conduct training sessions on refrigeration components, regularly updating customers on new technologies and best practices.
+ Proofread and review technical documentation, such as user manuals, installation guides, and other support documents, ensuring they are easy to understand and always up to date.
+ Provide technical advice on refrigeration components and respond promptly to customer requests, offering effective solutions.
+ Work closely with the sales teams to optimize the proposal of refrigeration solutions based on customer needs, tailored to specific component requirements.
+ Monitor and collect feedback from the market and customers on the performance of refrigeration components, to continuously improve products and services offered.
+ Work in an international environment, interacting with customers in different languages, with a particular focus on communication in Dutch, French,Flemishand English.
+ Manage incoming inquiries and requests, including troubleshooting issues, providing product codes, successor codes, dimensioning advice, and dealing with complaints. Interactions will be with refrigeration wholesalers, refrigeration installers (both in-office and on-site), and end customers.
+ Field expertise (several years of being a refrigeration fitter in troubleshooting and repairing refrigeration units) is of great advantage, especially in troubleshooting and repair roles.
**Background & Skills**
+ Academic background in mechanical engineering, mechatronics, or a related field, or equivalent experience in a technical role within the refrigeration industry.
+ Significant experience in refrigeration components, troubleshooting, and repair work, especially gained in medium-sized international environments, is highly valuable.
+ Technical expertise in refrigeration components, with in-depth knowledge of various types of components and their application in refrigeration systems.
+ Ability to proofread and manage technical documentation: skilled in reviewing user manuals, installation guides, and other support documents, ensuring clarity and accuracy.
+ Experience in technical training: ability to organize and conduct training sessions for clients, transferring knowledge about products and advanced technologies.
+ Excellent communication skills and strong problem-solving abilities, with the capability to interact effectively with clients to address technical issues.

Functieomschrijving
Als Business Development Manager ben jij de aanjager van groei en vernieuwing binnen Facilicom Solutions. Jij zorgt dat we tijdig inspelen op ontwikkelingen in de markt, verkent nieuwe kansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete proposities. Je volgt actief trends en ontwikkelingen, kent de spelers in het veld en weet nieuwe mogelijkheden te spotten, vaak al voordat de aanbesteding is uitgeschreven.

Je analyseert marktbehoeften, signaleert groeisegmenten en werkt samen met collega’s aan het ontwikkelen, testen en valideren van innovatieve oplossingen. Daarmee ben jij een belangrijke strategische schakel tussen klantbehoefte en ons interne aanbod, en draag je bij aan de positionering van Facilicom als vooruitstrevende IFM-partner.

Je ontwikkelt samen met interne stakeholders sterke commerciële concepten, begeleidt pilotprojecten en initieert samenwerkingen met nieuwe opdrachtgevers. Tegelijkertijd ben je ook intern de verbinder tussen sales, operatie en inhoud. Jij zorgt dat onze waarde helder naar voren komt in alles wat we doen – van propositie tot presentatie.

Wat ga je doen?

Signaleren van relevante marktontwikkelingen en het actief benaderen van nieuwe opdrachtgevers;Borgen dat Facilicom zichtbaar is in de markt en top-of-mind blijft bij potentiële klanten;Initiëren van gesprekken met beslissers en beïnvloeders binnen de (semi)publieke sector;Ontwikkelen, testen en valideren van nieuwe proposities, concepten en oplossingen;Aanjagen van innovatie en strategische groei binnen Facilicom Solutions;Onderhouden en uitbreiden van een sterk netwerk in relevante sectoren;Vertalen van marktinzichten naar commerciële strategieën en acties;Bijdragen aan de positionering van Facilicom als toonaangevende IFM-partner.


Wat je krijgt

Salaris: tussen € 5.500,- en € 7.200,- bruto per maand (o.b.v. 40 uur), afhankelijk van ervaring;Bonusregeling: aantrekkelijke tantièmestructuur op basis van prestatie;Mobiliteit: leaseauto + NS Business Card;Hybride werken: laptop, telefoon en thuiswerkvergoeding;Ontwikkeling: volop trainingen en doorgroeimogelijkheden binnen Facilicom Group;Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden: 27 vakantiedagen, pensioenregeling en collectieve verzekeringen.


Wie je bent
Je bent een proactieve verbinder en conceptuele denker. Je weet commerciële kansen te vertalen naar vernieuwende proposities die inspelen op klantbehoeften. Je bent zichtbaar in het veld, voelt je thuis in formele en informele netwerken, en bouwt sterke relaties op die leiden tot resultaat.

Verder heb je:

Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in commerciële, bedrijfskundige of technische richting;Minimaal 5 jaar ervaring in business development, innovatie of strategische verkoop;Ervaring binnen IFM, de facilitaire sector of aanverwante branches;Affiniteit met multidisciplinaire dienstverlening;Een bestaand netwerk binnen overheid, zorg of onderwijs is een sterke pré.
