Team Lead of Financial & ESG Reporting
Adyen is looking for a Financial & ESG Reporting Team Lead within the Global Reporting team in Amsterdam. This role reports directly to the Global Head of Reporting and will lead a growing team responsible for Adyen's internal and external Financial and ESG reporting.

The core focus of this team is to ensure transparent, reliable and automated reporting in a constantly growing organisation and evolving landscape. The team lead will work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders, including Finance, Risk, Legal, Compliance, and Regulators, while also engaging with senior leadership across the business.

Your challenge will be to set the strategy and lead the team through scaling complexity. This includes- driving compliance with ever-evolving financial and sustainability standards and regulations; overseeing the preparation of Adyen's Financial statements and ESG disclosures; building strong cross-functional partnerships; and supporting and inspiring the team.

You will also collaborate closely with other reporting leads, aligning on global objectives and supporting initiatives across broader reporting initiatives.

Who You Are

• You have proven ability with work experience (hands-on) in Financial and ESG reporting within a multinational organization, with at least 2 years in a leadership role;
• Expertise in Financial & ESG reporting frameworks, particularly in the context of credit institutions, FinTechs or payment institutions and familiarity with relevant Financial & ESG reporting requirements and frameworks within the EU (IFRS, CSRD, EU Taxonomy, Pillar 3, GHG Protocol, etc);
• Strong people leadership skills to build and lead high-performance teams in an international setup; it is expected that you will coach and develop others in the team, and you are decisive when needed;
• A high degree of self-motivation, ambitious and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mindset; a good team player with the ability to engage with people and deliver within tight deadlines within a fast-paced, international environment.
• You have exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex topics into easy-to-understand concepts and influence others where necessary to achieving the team's goals.

About the company

Qblox is a deep tech scaleup whose mission is to accelerate the worldwide race towards building scalable quantum computers. They do this by providing the world's best quantum control stacks.

The technology being developed is compatible with a broad range of qubit technologies (superconducting, spin, NV-centres, cold atoms). Wat ga je doen?

Als
Teamleider Engineering
ben je zo'n 70% van je tijd bezig met uitdagende engineeringprojecten binnen de aandrijftechniek, hydrauliek, tandwielkasten en kardanassen. Je maakt en controleert technische tekeningen, werkt modificaties uit en ontwikkelt 3D-modellen. Daarbij werk je natuurlijk nauw samen met internationale salescollega's en klanten om maatwerkoplossingen te realiseren.

De overige tijd richt je je op het aansturen van je team van zeven engineers (mechanical en application). Je begeleidt hen in hun dagelijkse werk, stimuleert hun ontwikkeling en zorgt dat projecten soepel en efficiënt verlopen. Zo zorg jij met je inhoudelijke betrokkenheid verantwoordelijkheid voor de groei en samenwerking binnen het team.

Wat neem je mee?

Je hebt een stevige technische achtergrond en combineert die met leiderschapskwaliteiten. Dit neem je in ieder geval mee:

• Een afgeronde hbo- of wo-opleiding in werktuigbouwkunde, mechatronica of vergelijkbaar;
• Ervaring met 3D CAD-programma's;
• Kennis van FEM-analyses;
• Leidinggevende ervaring;
• Een uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.

Daarnaast is het mooi meegenomen als je ervaring hebt met Siemens NX of SolidWorks, of kennis hebt van aandrijftechniek, hydrauliek, kardanassen en lieren. Ook ervaring met ATEX-certificeringen of 3+ jaar leidinggevende ervaring zijn een plus.

Shoppers are responsible for collecting the groceries, and a Junior Team Lead is responsible for a group of Shoppers.

What will you do as a Junior Team Captain?

As a Junior Team Captain you will have additional responsibilities to those of a standard shopper at Picnic. These responsibilities will include training new team members, addressing questions, ensuring that the area is safe and clean, as well as leading a short stand-up for a small group.
