• Jij analyseert knelpunten in de supply chain en adviseert over duurzame verbeteringen.

Functie-eisen

• Een afgeronde HBO-opleiding in een logistieke richting, zoals Logistiek & Economie , of een technische opleiding zoals Technische Bedrijfskunde .
• Je hebt 1 tot 2 jaar relevante werkervaring in een supply chain-gerelateerde functie. Ben je een ambitieuze schoolverlater met relevante stage-ervaring, dan nodigen we je ook van harte uit te solliciteren.
• Affiniteit met techniek en complexe processen.

Functieomschrijving

Als Supply Chain Planner bij onze opdrachtgever, een vooruitstrevend bedrijf in de energiesector, ben jij een centrale figuur binnen de Supply Chain afdeling. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het optimaliseren van de balans tussen productbeschikbaarheid, voorraadbeheer, transport en inkoopkosten , om zo een commercieel gezonde voorraad en optimale levering te waarborgen voor onze productielocaties en afnemers. Je anticipeert op knelpunten bij laad- en loslocaties en lost proactief ad hoc situaties op. Jouw inzet zorgt ervoor dat de Supply Chain efficiënt en effectief functioneert.

Wat ga je doen:

• Planning : Opstellen en beheren van productie- en leveringsplanningen op basis van vraagvoorspelling, klantbehoeften en voorraadniveaus.
• Voorraadbeheer : Monitoren van voorraden in ERP-systemen en signaleren van afwijkingen.
• Transportcoördinatie : Afstemmen met transporteurs over beschikbaarheid, levertijden en specifieke instructies.
• Communicatie : Fungeren als primair aanspreekpunt voor interne afdelingen (productie, sales, logistiek) en externe partijen (leveranciers, transporteurs), zowel schriftelijk als telefonisch.
• Data-analyse : Analyseren van supply chain-data en initiëren van procesverbeteringen.
• Procesverbetering : Actief meedenken en bijdragen aan het optimaliseren van de gehele keten, van bestelling tot levering.

Functie-eisen

• Minimaal MBO+/HBO werk- en denkniveau , bij voorkeur in logistiek, supply chain management of een vergelijkbare richting.
• Ervaring met het beheren en opvolgen van logistieke procedures.
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal , zowel mondeling als schriftelijk.
• Vaardig met Excel en bekend met ERP-systemen (bijv. SAP, AFAS, Navision).
