Als Boutique Manager ben je verantwoordelijk voor de aansturing van een Boutique team waarbij je de doelstellingen van Nespresso voorop stelt. Als assistent store manager ga je werken bij onze Karwei in Hulst, voor 38 uur per week. 
 
Wat vragen wij 
 
Bij Karwei krijg jij alle ruimte en opleiding om je te ontwikkelen tot een inspirerende teamleider en misschien zelfs door te groeien tot filiaalmanager. Daarom hoef je niet binnen te komen met een bak ervaring, al is leidinggevende ervaring in de retail of detailhandel mooi meegenomen. Wel is het belangrijk dat je graag met mensen werkt en proactief klantgericht bent. En dat je het leuk vindt om je verder te ontwikkelen in een omgeving waar interieur, decoratie, klussen, bouwmaterialen en klantbeleving het gesprek van de dag zijn. Daarnaast ben je flexibel om in overleg in de weekenden en avonden te werken wanneer nodig. Collegialiteit is belangrijk in onze diverse en gezellige teams. Sta jij straks klaar voor je collega’s? 
 
Wat krijg jij
 
Voor je tijd en inzet mag je natuurlijk iets terugverwachten. Op basis van een fulltime werkweek (38 uur) kun je als assistent filiaalmanager rekenen op: 
 
~ een veelzijdige functie voor 38 uur week, met veel ruimte voor zelfstandigheid.
~ een bruto salaris van € 2.750 - € 3.000 bruto per maand, afhankelijk van je ervaring en volgens de cao Doe-het-zelf-branche. Groei zit er zeker in als jij je richting filiaalmanager ontwikkelt. 
~ volop opleidings- en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden via onze Retail Academy.
~ reiskostenvergoeding en 20% personeelskorting op alle Karwei-producten.

Aansturen van één van de specialistische teams in de Karwei bouwmarkt.
Toezien op de voorraad, bijspringen waar nodig en gaan voor een uitstekende omzet. 
Erop toezien dat de winkel er netjes uitziet en de uitstraling van bouwmarkt met smaak behoudt.
Zorgen dat de klant de beste ervaring heeft.
Adviseren van de klant over de beste styling van hun woning, materialen en werkwijze voor hun klus.

Als fulltime assistent filiaalmanager bij Karwei Amersfoort-Vathorst ben jij de verbindende kracht op de winkelvloer. Je geeft dagelijks richting aan het team, inspireert in klantbenadering en denkt mee over winkelbeleving en commerciële kansen. Met jouw oog voor detail, mensen en interieur zorg je dat alles klopt van sfeer in de winkel tot aan teamdynamiek. Samen met de filiaalmanager zorg je voor een inspirerende winkel die draait als een stijlvol geheel. En wij ondersteunen je daarbij met de juiste opleidingen. 
Wat ga je doen als assistent filiaalmanager? 
Als rechterhand van de filiaalmanager zorg je dat alles soepel draait in de winkel. Dit zijn jouw belangrijkste taken: 
• Als meewerkend voorman/ vrouw coachen en aansturen van het team in de dagelijkse winkelvoering 
• Klanten voorzien van praktisch en deskundig advies 
• Bewaken van de voorraad, winkelpresentatie en planning 
• Signaleren van commerciële kansen en bijdragen aan omzetgroei 
• Opstellen van roosters en ondersteunen bij de personeelsontwikkeling 
• Verantwoordelijkheid dragen bij het openen en sluiten van het filiaal 
Dit breng je mee: 
In deze rol is het belangrijk dat leidinggeven, klantgerichtheid en overzicht samenkomen. Wat goed van pas komt: 
• Mbo 4 werk- en denkniveau, aangevuld met ervaring in leidinggeven binnen Retail 
• Aanstekelijke motivatie en verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel 
• Commerciële drive zonder hert gevoel voor sfeer te verliezen 
• Flexibele inzetbaarheid (doordeweeks, ‘s avonds en/of in het weekend, in overleg) 
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden in het Nederlands
