About the Assignment

This temporary engagement is initiated to support the migration to a new Transaction Monitoring (TM) model within W&R. The transition is necessary to meet updated regulatory expectations, improve model governance, and enhance the robustness of the model lifecycle.

What will you do?

You will work as part of the team and deliver immediate value with minimal onboarding. You will support all phases of the model lifecycle: Governance Validation Monitoring Remediation. You will ensure that models remain effective, compliant, and well-governed. This is a hands-on role, requiring active contribution, problem-solving, and operational execution.

Although not a leadership position, you are expected to set the tone for leadership behaviours: taking ownership, following through, and consistently delivering high-quality results.

Reporting to the Global Head of International Tax & Structure, the Head of Tax Planning & Risk Management is responsible for all tax planning & risk management matters concerning all entities, in all geographies, in which Yinson Production operates. This will include M&A support, continuous development of global tax policies & strategies as well as support for regional tax leads on international taxation matters as they arise. • Support regional tax leads to monitor current and impending legislative and regulatory tax law developments in the relevant jurisdictions, identify potential tax risks and create strategies to mitigate tax risks,
• Ensure global tax compliance and appropriate provisioning for taxation risks at both the local and global level,
• Identify tax efficient methodologies for the restructure and rationalization of existing organization structures,
• Review of legal agreements with lessees, subcontractors, suppliers and other parties to ensure all relevant taxation clauses, terms, conditions, warranties and indemnities are included and applied,
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with the relevant tax authorities and external auditors and tax advisors,
• Facilitate learning and development, manage and plan resources.

• A master’s degree in (Tax) Law or equivalent recognized accounting qualification with at least 12 years of experience with international taxation matters of which at least 8 years in a big 4 (or law) firm,
• A deep understanding of Dutch and/or Singaporean tax legislation,
• Understanding transfer pricing concepts,
• Ability to lead international projects independently,
• Proven experience across the different areas of tax as well as tax controversy and exposure to M&A projects,
• Basic understanding of IFRS tax accounting standards, e.g. IAS 12/IAS 37
• Inhouse experience and/or experience with the offshore industry is considered a plus,

Wat ga je doen?
Als (site) security officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele beveiligingsbeleid van onze locaties in Ede en Oosterhout. Je zorgt ervoor dat de wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van beveiliging wordt nageleefd en vertaalt deze naar praktische maatregelen. De security officer fungeert ook als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe securityvraagstukken en rapporteert aan de managing director / COO.

Kerntaken

• Ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van het beveiligingsbeleid (fysiek en organisatorisch).
• Coördinatie van de beveiliging van materiële en immateriële eigendommen van RD-NL zoals beschreven in ABDO-2019.
• Het beheren van beveiligingssystemen, -processen en -instructies.
• Uitvoeren van risicoanalyses en opstellen van verbeterplannen.
• Rapporteren van incidenten en opvolging van beveiligingsmaatregelen.
• Bewaken en de naleving van nationale en internationale (defensie) regelgeving, waaronder NIS2, en/of ABDO.

• Beheren van het opstelde beveiligingsbeleid van materiele en immateriële eigendommen van de Nederlandse Organisatie, rekeninghouden met het beveiligingsbeleid van de concernorganisatie en de ABDO beveiligingsrichtlijnen vanuit Nederlandse overheid (Ministerie van Defensie, MIVD).
• Het laten uitvoeren van personeels-antecedentenonderzoeken.
• Bespreken van afwijzingen voor clearance of 'request for visit' aanvragen met betrokkenen en het toezien op verlenging van clearance verklaringen.
• Aanspreekpunt voor 'Business Continuity Management' en 'Emergency and Crisis Management'.
• Het bij afwezigheid vervangen/waarnemen van de HSE officer (en vice versa).

Aan welke kwalificaties moet je voldoen

Een proactieve en betrouwbare professional die stevig in zijn of haar schoenen staat, communicatief vaardig is en zich thuis voelt in een dynamische en strikt gereguleerde omgeving.

Gewenst profiel

• Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
• Opleiding bij voorkeur in security management, (integrale) veiligheid of vergelijkbaar.
• 2 -5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een high-security of defensie omgeving.
• Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals BIO, ISO 27001, NIS2, ABDO/ABRO).
• Affiniteit met de Automotive en/of Defensie branche.
• Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, geen politieagent maar een teamspeler
• Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (Duits is een pre).
• Het aanvragen en verkrijgen van een (militaire) veiligheidsscreening op B-niveau is onderdeel van de selectieprocedure.
• Beswchikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week.

Job Summary

Security Patrols:

• Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry as necessary.

Loss Prevention:
