About the Assignment

JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Treasury Manager to lead the treasury derivatives & risk operations team for our newly independent ice cream business. This role is crucial in ensuring our financial stability and liquidity as we transition into a standalone entity. The Treasury Manager will play a key role in identifying financial risk, developing and implementing effective treasury risk management strategies, managing derivatives and other financial risk exposures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
+ Risk Consulting: In close cooperation with the business units, identify and analyze the impact of foreign exchange exposures of the company.
+ Risk Management: Design, structure and implement hedging strategy and commercial risk management, including interest rate, foreign exchange and treasury credit/counterparty exposure.
+ Reporting: Develop and manage reporting of derivatives and other exposures.
+ Financial Planning: Collaborate with finance and executive teams to forecast cash needs relating to derivatives hedging and settlement.
+ Banking Relationships: Maintain strong relationships with banks, brokers and financial institutions to secure favorable terms and services.
+ Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support business initiatives and ensure alignment with treasury objectives and risk framework.
+ Technology Integration: Leverage advanced technology solutions to enhance treasury processes compliance, reporting, and efficiency.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED:
Experiences & Qualifications
+ Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional qualification (e.g., ACT, CFA, CTP) is preferred.
+ Experience: Proven experience in identifying currency and interest rate exposures and managing the risk with financial derivatives, preferably within a multinational organization.
+ Technical Skills: Strong understanding of derivatives markets and instruments, preferably within treasury operations. Proficiency in financial risks modeling, forecasting, and risk management.
Must have competencies
+ Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data with proficient use of Excel and make informed decisions.

Wat ga je doen?
Als (site) security officer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het gehele beveiligingsbeleid van onze locaties in Ede en Oosterhout. Je zorgt ervoor dat de wet- en regelgeving op het gebied van beveiliging wordt nageleefd en vertaalt deze naar praktische maatregelen. De security officer fungeert ook als het eerste aanspreekpunt voor zowel interne als externe securityvraagstukken en rapporteert aan de managing director / COO.
Kerntaken
- Ontwikkelen, implementeren en beheren van het beveiligingsbeleid (fysiek en organisatorisch).

- Het laten uitvoeren van personeels-antecedentenonderzoeken.
- Bespreken van afwijzingen voor clearance of 'request for visit' aanvragen met betrokkenen en het toezien op verlenging van clearance verklaringen.
- Aanspreekpunt voor 'Business Continuity Management' en 'Emergency and Crisis Management'.
- Het bij afwezigheid vervangen/waarnemen van de HSE officer (en vice versa).

Gewenst profiel
- Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau
- Opleiding bij voorkeur in security management, (integrale) veiligheid of vergelijkbaar.
- 2 -5 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in een high-security of defensie omgeving.
- Kennis van relevante wet- en regelgeving (zoals BIO, ISO 27001, NIS2, ABDO/ABRO).
- Affiniteit met de Automotive en/of Defensie branche.
- Goede communicatieve vaardigheden, geen politieagent maar een teamspeler
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal (Duits is een pre).
- Het aanvragen en verkrijgen van een (militaire) veiligheidsscreening op B-niveau is onderdeel van de selectieprocedure.
- Beswchikbaar voor 32-40 uur per week.
Kennis van:
- Bedrijfs- veiligheids-, security procedures en voorschriften
- Overheidseisen t.a.v. beveiligingsbeleid en bekend met ABDO/ABRO
- Geautomatiseerde software en procesbeheersingssystemen (MS Office, SAP)

Job Summary
The Officer, Security, is responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for guests and colleagues by patrolling and monitoring the premises, personnel, and company assets.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Security Patrols:
- Secure premises and personnel by patrolling property, monitoring surveillance equipment, inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points, and permitting entry as necessary.
- Obtain help by sounding alarms when needed.
Loss Prevention:
- Prevent losses and damages by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures, and restraining trespassers.
- Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities, interviewing witnesses, and obtaining signatures.
Environmental Monitoring:
Maintain a secure environment by monitoring and adjusting building and equipment controls as required.
Equipment Maintenance:
- Ensure the operation of security equipment by completing preventive maintenance, following manufacturer's instructions, troubleshooting malfunctions, and calling for repairs when necessary.
- Evaluate new equipment and techniques as needed.
Team Contribution:
Contribute to the team effort by accomplishing related tasks as required.
Additional Duties:
Perform any other duties as assigned by the security management team.
Skills, Experience & Educational Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in relevant positions
- Professional qualification from a recognized institute
- Good knowledge of English
