Over de functieAls Sales Representative bij DongIT ben je verantwoordelijk voor het genereren van nieuwe business en het uitbreiden van ons klantenbestand. Jouw belangrijkste doel is het binnenhalen van nieuwe klanten voor onze cybersecuritydiensten en Reporter, onze all-in-one pentest reporting workspace. Je identificeert prospects, bouwt pipelines en sluit deals die direct bijdragen aan de groei van DongIT.
Onze klanten zijn MKB's, scale-ups, financiële instellingen, consultancybureaus, grote ondernemingen, overheidsorganisaties en Managed Security Service Providers (MSSP's) die op zoek zijn naar een betrouwbare partner in cybersecurity en softwareontwikkeling. Voor Reporter ligt de focus met name op consultancies, grote ondernemingen, overheidsorganisaties en MSSP's.
Succes in deze rol wordt gemeten aan de hand van duidelijke KPI's zoals het aantal nieuwe accounts, pipelinegroei en omzetdoelen. Dit geeft je heldere verwachtingen en de kans om direct te profiteren van de groei van DongIT.

Wat we zoekenVereiste vaardigheden en ervaring:
- 3+ jaar ervaring in sales, business development of accountmanagement (bij voorkeur in IT of cybersecurity).
- Aantoonbaar succes in het binnenhalen en sluiten van deals €25k+.

Your main purpose in this role is to sell the clinical value of Acute Monitoring Advanced Critical Care (ACC) range of products based on clinical expertise, for the region of North-Netherlands (Utrecht, Nieuwegein Groningen and Zwolle). **Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Address market access barriers, accelerate adoption of (new) technologies and burn rate, expand utilization for consumables/sensors and improve outcome for the patients. The ACM Growth Drivers are Respiratory Compromise / Cerebral and Somatic Compromise
+ Sell the full range of Advanced Critical Care products professionally to hospitals and related healthcare professionals.
+ Build strong ethical business relationships with customers to ensure the usage of our products and expand the market and penetration, leading through clinical value selling.
+ Cooperate and coordinate activities with the full Acute Monitoring team, Sales Account Manager and Inside Sales team in the territory to maximize business opportunities
+ Customer Management: Drive sales growth by achieving budget targets, managing offers and complaints, and coordinating presentations, contracts, demos, and workshops
+ Business Development: Drive business development by leading clinical sales, identifying prospects, managing opportunities, coordinating evaluations, and maintaining in-depth customer and market insights

**Required Knowledge and Experience:**

+ Fluency in Dutch and English, both verbal and written is essential

+ Analyse the marketplace, develop an effective territory/account sales strategy, and present the strategy to management to gain approval for implementation
+ Thoroughly comprehend and sell the indications and supporting evidence for the Therapy to Interventional Radiologists and Vascular Surgeons
+ Participate and assist clinical procedures until an account is established with therapy on your territory, occasionally assist colleagues in other regions
+ Perform all activities to maximize sales (in line with the sales strategy) from product introduction, presentation, and contract negotiation to completion of invoicing
+ Support the project and the market development for accounts in the assigned territory and spread over the South territory
+ Identify new opportunities to expand the use of the products in the territory including new indications by-products (depth), and wider product adoption in accounts (breadth)
+ Identify (or collaborate with clinical stakeholders to create) and leverage clear referral pathways internally in the hospitals to drive therapy expansion and service innovation
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Degree in Engineering, Life-Science, Marketing, Business Administration, Biology or another advanced degree
+ Min 3-5 years' selling experience within the medical device industry, ideally in a sales and/or marketing/market development position
+ Proven track record of experience in developing and implementing strategies within the medical device industry

As our new J unior Sales Representative / Sales Associate , you will start your career in medical sales and help us deliver on our mission of making healthcare better. You will support the promotion and sales of Stryker's Neurosurgical & ENT (Ear, Nose & Throat) products across the Netherlands.
This is an entry-level position designed for individuals who are passionate about healthcare, eager to learn, and motivated to start a commercial career.
What you will do
- Promote and sell our Neurosurgical & ENT product portfolio across the Netherlands.
- Build relationships with surgeons, hospital staff, and healthcare professionals.
- Support customers with product information, demonstrations, and follow-up.
- Deliver clinical support in the operating room (once trained).
- Manage customer orders, ensuring accurate preparation and timely follow-up.
- Participate in training, workshops, and industry events to grow your knowledge.
- Collaborate closely with experienced sales colleagues to strengthen your commercial skills and grow into your role.
What you need
Required:
- A completed university degree in business, healthcare, life sciences, or any other related fields.
- Strong interest in healthcare, medical technology, and sales.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Dutch & English , both written and spoken.
- Valid work permit and driver's license (as the role includes customer visits).
Preferred:
- Post-graduate work experience (internship, working student) would be a plus.
- Orthopedics/anatomy knowledge is not mandatory, but it is an advantage.

Role Description
This is a remote role for a commission based Independent Sales Representative. We offer you a position where you will have the opportunity to sell a broad range of Medtronic services within the Western Europe countries. Your customers will be hospitals, and in particular- biomedical engineers and purchasers. But you will also work closely with several Operating Units to support their growing focus on service contracts and service revenue. Inside Sales Representative is a remote/hybrid office-based role responsible for selling service solutions to our customers and thus improving the overall Medtronic customer experience. You will support the development of our service business overall, but with focus on Benelux and France.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Build a strong connection with customers and stay in touch via phone or F2F meeting to discuss and sell service agreements (contract expiration, assets coming out of warranty)
+ Identify, create, and maintain opportunities in SFDC for service agreements using the opportunity dashboard and attach rate dashboard for equipment coming out of manufacturer warranty, expiring contracts, time & material activities, point of sale
+ Be an active member of the Western Europe sales organization by sharing pro-actively the service opportunities during recurring virtual or F2F meetings, creating action plan together with the District Sales Managers and Sales representatives, attending local events and meetings
+ Consultation and support for field sales representative to explore the best solution for selling service agreement at point of sales and for all financial deals
+ Support country sales team with service-related tender questions and to respond to tenders with the appropriate type of service agreement in a timely manner
+ Provide accurate service forecast to the leadership team and national and district sales managers
+ Connect with Inside Sales colleagues in other markets to share best practices and adopt new/ efficient ways to sell services
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree
+ Fluency in English, Dutch and French
+ Ability to prioritize and to respond in a timely manner to questions from internal and external customers
+ Flexibility, adaptability, accuracy and strong analytical skills
+ Strong verbal communication skills
