Jouw rol
Als sleutelfunctiehouder risicomanagement van Reis & Rechtshulp N.V. (R&R) draag je zorg voor een effectief risicomanagementproces en ben je het aanspreekpunt op dit onderwerp voor de directie en raad van commissarissen van R&R. Je helpt de organisatie vooruit op het gebied van risicobewustzijn door middel van trainingen, het begeleiden van risico analyses en een persoonlijke aanpak. Je bent verbindend, doorziet complexe situaties en hebt overtuigingskracht. Daarnaast ben je proactief en je vaart je eigen koers als de situatie daarom vraagt.
- Je faciliteert, adviseert en treedt op als sparringpartner voor directie, management en medewerkers bij hun verantwoordelijkheid voor het beheersen van risico’s en geeft gevraagd en ongevraagd advies op het gebied van risicomanagement vraagstukken
- R&R heeft haar operatie uitbesteed aan ANWB. Je adviseert, signaleert en monitort ten aanzien van de voor R&R geldende vereisten wat betreft effectief risicomanagement binnen deze uitbesteding
- Je houdt rekening met verschillende belangen en borgt tegelijkertijd onafhankelijkheid in je advies. Je escaleert tijdig, correct en constructief bij significante afwijkingen van afspraken en resultaten
- Je adviseert en faciliteert t.a.v. het risicomanagement beleid voor R&R, voert de 2e lijns monitoring hierop uit en draagt zorg voor de periodieke evaluatie van het beleid
- Je zorgt voor de jaarlijks de evaluatie en actualisatie van de risicostrategie en risicobereidheid met de directie, actualisatie van de risico controle matrix (RCM) en uitvoering van de “Own Risk and Solvency Assessment” (ORSA)
- Je maakt deel uit van de risicomanagement commissie wat betreft de beleggingsportefeuille van R&R
- Je signaleert tijdig interne en externe ontwikkelingen die impact hebben op de risico’s van de organisatie en adviseert ten aanzien van de reactie hierop. Stelt vast wat er nodig is om risicobewustzijn te verhogen en zorgt voor een passende leerlijn om de organisatie te laten groeien in het aantoonbaar in control zijn
- Kan optreden als volwaardig gesprekspartner voor toezichthouders en autoriteiten
- Je stelt periodieke managementrapportages op voor R&R
Ons aanbod

Je gaat werken vanuit het Risk & Compliance team van ANWB Hulpverlening. Hulpverlening is een cruciaal onderdeel van de ANWB, en bestaat onder meer uit de ANWB Alarmcentrale, Wegenwacht, Logicx, ANWB Medical Air Assistance en ANWB Rijopleidingen. Een aantal producten binnen Hulpverlening zijn verzekeringsproducten van verzekeraar R&R en Hulpverlening bemiddelt in de verkoop van deze producten. R&R is een verzekeraar waarvan jij de sleutelfunctiehouder risicomanagement wordt (en in die hoedanigheid heb je een functionele lijn naar de RvC van R&R).
In je functie werk je nauw samen met collega’s binnen Hulpverlening en de Risk & Compliance professionals binnen Hulpverlening en ANWB Groep.

- Minimaal HBO+ werk- en denkniveau

Als manager van de afdeling Security Risk Management binnen het cluster Services & Veiligheid ben je dé beveiligingsspecialist en autoriteit op het gebied van het securitybeleid van Amsterdam UMC.
Je geeft leiding aan een team van medewerkers, verdeeld over beide locaties, dat zich bezighoudt met advies, beleid en toegangsbeheer. Het team van toegangsbeheer is verantwoordelijk voor elektronische en mechanische toegang op beide locaties.
Je bent in staat risico’s te identificeren, analyseren en te presenteren. Je adviseert onder andere op het gebied van te nemen maatregelen, waarbij het monitoren van de effectiviteit van de risicomanagementprocessen een continu proces is.
Wat neem je mee?
Je bent een beleidsmaker of adviseur met een bewezen staat van dienst. Je werkt gestructureerd, bent analytisch onderlegd en werkt planmatig. Lead a high-performing Tax Planning & Risk Management team and play a key leadership role in the organization,
Partner with (internal and external) stakeholders and provide holistic tax advice for the acquisition and structure of new projects, investments and/or divestments as well as updates to the legal structure,
Develop and update the global tax policies & strategies, including the tax control framework and setting up change management projects if required,
Support regional tax leads to monitor current and impending legislative and regulatory tax law developments in the relevant jurisdictions, identify potential tax risks and create strategies to mitigate tax risks,
Ensure global tax compliance and appropriate provisioning for taxation risks at both the local and global level,
Identify tax efficient methodologies for the restructure and rationalization of existing organization structures,

Develop and maintain strong relationships with the relevant tax authorities and external auditors and tax advisors,

A master’s degree in (Tax) Law or equivalent recognized accounting qualification with at least 12 years of experience with international taxation matters of which at least 8 years in a big 4 (or law) firm,
A deep understanding of Dutch and/or Singaporean tax legislation,
Proven experience across the different areas of tax as well as tax controversy and exposure to M&A projects,
Basic understanding of IFRS tax accounting standards, e.g. a good team player with the ability to engage with people and deliver within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, international environment

- Inhouse experience and/or experience with the offshore industry is considered a plus,
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills, and the ability to communicate complex matters concisely and effectively across all levels of the organization,
- A systematic approach to solve complex problems and solution-oriented thinking with a high attention to detail and big picture view,
- A high degree of self-motivation, ambitious and hands-on, with an entrepreneurial mindset; a good team player with the ability to engage with people and deliver within tight deadlines and in a fast-paced, international environment
