**The Role**
The Engagement Manager role in our EMEA Integrated Research team is critical for driving innovative solutions to key HQ clients based in EMEA. It is expected that the post holder will assist generating target revenues and will work with clients to provide strategic support to answer business issues, oversee the delivery of high-quality studies and generate repeat business.
The post holder will focus on integrating different research solutions, such as primary and secondary intelligence, and employing the broader IQVIA offer to have meaningful discussions with clients. The Engagement Manager would be responsible for developing winning proposals for clients, evaluating and proposing different methodological solutions to the client. They also play a key role in coaching the team and supporting the developing of up and coming talent.

**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Leading the delivery of the IR offer for key HQ clients in EMEA, deploying the right delivery resources and innovation to ensure repeat and new business is generated from major accounts
+ Understanding clients' needs and developing high quality proposals to address those
+ Bringing strategic thinking to client issues, developing clear actions for the client to solve their issues and acting as the trusted advisor to clients on a project basis
+ Ensuring that offering development is scalable across different client business issues
+ Design research solutions, including identification of relevant data assets, methodology, samples, questionnaires, discussion guides and other research tools
+ Taking a leadership role in implementing B&IRS business vision and objectives, and support the development of the business

**Who You Are**
+ A university degree holder with 8+ years of experience in life science or healthcare consulting. Preferential consideration will be given to candidates with experience in carrying out consulting and market research projects in the pharmaceutical area at an international/cross-country level.
+ Able to demonstrate excellent project management, relationship-building, and client-influencing skills with an established network and referral contacts
+ Strong capability in managing large and/or multiple projects and juggling priorities so that deadlines are met while retaining consistently high-quality outcomes

Als Researcher initieer, coördineer en voer je de innovatie- en researchprojecten uit. Je hebt ruime ervaring met programmeertalen en (vormgeven van) verandertrajecten. In je werk ga je de achtergrondstudie naar onderliggende fysica niet uit de weg en zet telkens een stap verder. Je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met scheepsontwerp, gerelateerde wetenschap en/of komt uit een engineering/design omgeving.

We are looking for a Service Manager Data & Process Analysis to provide support to the European Space Agency in achieving their digital transformation and reporting objectives. By joining Customer Care & Order Operations (CCOO), you will get a unique opportunity to drive customer experience through technology innovation and contribute to bringing our Mission to patients all over the world. To support our Export, Intercompany and Specialized Services department, we are currently looking for a full-time talented Order Solutions Lead with a distinct drive for execution and results. You are required to work from Heerlen office in Netherlands, minimum 2 days a week, preferably 3 days and the other days you can work from home.
This position will significantly contribute to improving and shaping the customer experience, as well as determining how we will interact with and serve our customers in the future. Your task will be to connect colleagues across regions, countries, Operating Units, functions, and with our Global COEs (Centre of Excellence) to ensure coordinated alignment and effective collaboration.
**Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:**
+ Delivering and overseeing projects - from design to implementation - while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills
+ Creating strategic plans for Continuous Improvement (MPS), supporting and helping the organization through their Continuous Improvement journey by means of Lean or Six Sigma methodology and connecting and aligning with Global COE's
+ Leading for Customer Feedback for the department. Ensuring proper mechanisms are in place to gather, collect, analyze and communicate Customer Feedback followed by the appropriate actions
+ Coaching and guiding specific Subject Matter Expert groups x-department
+ Providing presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control, performing cost and benefit analyses
+ Communicating with broad audience on various levels in the organization, cooperating with internal teams, customers, regions, COE's and operating units
+ Being a self-starter and as individual contributor you have the responsibility to deliver and/or manage projects assigned to you and work with other stakeholders to achieve desired results.
**Required Knowledge and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's or master's degree
+ 5+ years' experience in customer care/service, supply chain, order management or logistics
+ Fluent in English language in word and writing
+ Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification
+ Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to communicate effectively with employees and stakeholders at all levels
+ Strategic thinking and planning skills to optimize business processes and identify growth opportunities
