Join a team at Thermo Fisher Scientific as a Client Services Project Manager I. Collaborate with other managers in a "pod" setup to meet client needs efficiently.
The Project Manager I works with other project managers in a small pod, the team being responsible for managing the storage and distribution aspects for clients. The pod shares responsibility for projects and ensures tasks are allocated and completed by an appropriately a member of the PMI team. This position is equal parts strategic and tactical in nature. This position is responsible for shepherding tasks to completion, issue resolution within internal procedures. The team works cross-functionally to ensure that client requirements and timelines are met.
The Project Manager I is responsible for ensuring that on time delivery (OTD) targets are met, the dispatch and shipping documentation is provided on time and right first time. PMI's are responsible for coordinating with logistic service providers to ensure the delivery of shipping materials in a timely manner, the packaging of client requirements for dispatch and then the on-time dispatch.
The APM will work closely with the PMII and PMIII teams to ensure that needs are understood, updates are provided and to provide support with issue resolution.
