In the renewable, industrial and PCOG market, the Product Sales Manager drives business growth and profitability in the experienced HTC Compressors Sales and Proposals team in a global marketplace and in contact with the regions. The Product Sales Manager is responsible for delivering our global bookings targets in the assigned regions by working closely with our regional and vertical teams. **_What Will You Do?_**
+ Identify market opportunities, create a strong opportunity funnel and drive bookings growth for standard products.
+ Assist regional teams in complex sales, providing expertise and support for key client and partner negotiations.
+ Work in alignment with the global CHART strategy in our sales strategy and sales execution, and drive cooperation with the regional CHART locations outside Europe for configured products and high-value solutions.

**_What do you need to bring?_**
+ A MSc or BSc degree in Engineering and/or (Technical) Business Administration.
+ At least 5 years' experience in sales of standard or configured products.
+ Demonstrable experience and a strong track record in developing and managing channel sales, partner programs, or agent networks, preferably in international markets.
+ Strong product acumen to quickly learn and articulate complex product features and benefits.
+ Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build connections and influence stakeholders at all levels.
+ Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools.

Arrow Electronics is seeking a **New Vendors Acquisition Business Development Manager** . We're offering a unique opportunity to join the leading cybersecurity distributor in Europe, working at the intersection of cutting-edge technologies, strategic growth, and vendor alliances. This is a high-impact role for a self-starting, results-driven professional ready to take ownership of launching new cybersecurity vendors into the European market.
**What will you be doing at Arrow?**
+ Drive the introduction and growth of new cybersecurity vendors across European markets
+ Manage relationships across the channel ecosystem
+ Collaborate on and influence strategic direction, supporting vendor launch plans and regional execution
+ Hold C-level conversations, articulating vision, strategy, and business value effectively through impactful presentations
+ Work both independently and as part of a team to deliver results and exceed growth targets
+ Support the onboarding and scaling of newly acquired vendors, helping them gain traction across regions
+ Travel frequently across Europe to support vendor engagement, partner enablement, and strategic initiatives
**What are we looking for?**
+ 2-5 years of experience in cybersecurity, preferably within a vendor, distributor, or partner organization
+ Strong understanding of the channel landscape and how to operate in both direct and indirect sales models
+ Proven track record working with or within start-up vendors, bringing a start-up mentality and adaptability would be an advantage
+ Experience launching technologies or vendors into European markets
+ Background in high-impact sales roles, even outside the cybersecurity industry, will be considered

About the role
We are looking for an Enterprise Business Development Manager to join our growing Benelux & Northern Europe sales team at Nexis Solutions. This is a permanent, full-time position. We are offering a competitive salary and high OTE potential, as well as great benefits and the chance to be part of our highly collaborative and innovative Nexis Solutions business supported by a successful local team.
You are responsible for growing Nexis Solutions business in Benelux & Northern Europe through prospecting for new clients and developing new business opportunities within the Enterprise segment. You ideally have domain knowledge of Risk & Compliance requirements and workflow to be able to leverage our unique news, company and patent data sets. Our solutions cover media and web monitoring as well as analytics solutions, including brand and reputation management, due diligence and compliance solutions including anti-money laundering and anti-bribery and corruption, and other information research tools. You will effectively position and demonstrate our solutions.
Responsibilities
+ Proven track record of working successfully in a business development role in a challenging and commercially driven B2B sales environment within the Enterprise segment;
+ Tech/SaaS background;
+ Deep media & business intelligence and or KYC understanding;
+ World class selling skills (identify, develop, & articulate proposition/ consultative selling) as a "hunter" and sales 'closer';
+ Demonstrable experience of building and maintaining excellent customer relationships;
+ Applied knowledge of best practice sales techniques, including negotiation, presentation skills and general communication;
+ Significant Product and Workflow Expertise;
+ Employs a client centric, profit driven approach.
