Wat ga je doen

Wie zijn wij
Je komt te werken binnen de directie Beheer en Ontwikkeling Informatietechnologie (BOI). Hier ben je werkzaam in het Ozon team. Dit DevOps team is een ervaren, gedreven en grote groep professionals dat applicaties biedt voor het DSO (Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet).
Het Kadaster is ketenpartner in het Digitaal Stelsel van de Omgevingswet (DSO). We zijn samen met andere ontwikkelpartners georganiseerd in operationele beheerorganisaties (OBO's).
De teams binnen de OBO's werken nauw samen om de gewenste functionaliteit voor het programma Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet door te ontwikkelen. In dat programma werken verschillende organisaties op een Agile wijze samen op basis van het SAFe framework. Dat betekent onder andere dat er wordt gewerkt in sprints van 2 weken en Program Increments van een kwartaal. Dagelijks hebben we een stand-up, en elke sprint een planning, demo, retrospective en meerdere refinements. We proberen elkaar scherp te houden op ons sprintdoel, en vinden het belangrijk dat een retrospective afwisselend en zinvol is.
Ozon vervult een belangrijke rol in het Digitaal Stelsel Omgevingswet door Omgevingsdocumenten van de Bevoegd Gezagen te valideren en te registreren en vervolgens beschikbaar te stellen via diverse API's. Je wordt onderdeel van het Ozon team. Wij bestaan uit 10 ontwikkelaars, 1 test engineer, 2 informatieanalisten en een Product Owner. Daarbij worden we ondersteund door een Scrum Master, integratiespecialisten en functioneel beheerders.
We doen DevOps, wat betekent dat we volledig verantwoordelijk zijn voor onze applicaties, van idee tot productie.Zowel Ozon als de Stelselcatalogus bestaan uit een 10-tal services (API's), Java backends en Angular frontends, die allemaal draaien op een Kubernetes cluster in de Azure Cloud.
Wij bieden
Vanuit een dynamische omgeving bieden wij een informele werksfeer en stimuleren wij leren en ontwikkelen. Jij maakt de keuzes die passen binnen een flexibele werkweek (36 uur). Je werkt hybride vanuit huis en gemiddeld 2 dagen per week vanuit ons kantoor de Brug in Apeldoorn.
Het eerdergenoemde salaris is inclusief het Individueel Keuzebudget (IKB) van 25%. Je bruto maandsalaris is (op basis van 36 uur/ afhankelijk van kennis en ervaring) maximaal € 4.863,37 (schaal 9). Daarnaast ontvang je maandelijks maximaal €1.215,84 IKB (schaal 9). Het IKB is opgebouwd uit vakantie-uitkering, eindejaarsuitkering, de waarde van bovenwettelijk verlof en de afkoop van diverse regelingen. Je kiest zelf waarvoor en wanneer je het IKB wilt gebruiken.

What We're Looking For
Core Skills (Must-Haves)
Proficient in and TypeScript
Comfortable with Git workflows and code collaboration
Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving skills
Creative thinker who doesn't give up easily
Based in the Netherlands, able to travel to Den Bosch ±2x/month
Nice-to-Haves
Experience with PHP, , C#/.NET, or unit testing
Previous work in a startup or small team environment
Degree in Software Engineering or equivalent coding education and experience.
Experience in extracurricular development (e.g., personal projects, open source contributions).
Proactive and curious, willing to learn new tools and frameworks
