Wat je gaat doen
Als Program Manager ben je voor onze klanten dé kennis- en sparringpartner op het gebied van externe inhuur. Je komt te werken in een hecht team. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de dienstverlening van Magnit richting onze klanten. Dat betekent dat je met name op strategisch en tactisch klanten niveau gesprekken voert over relevante arbeidsmarktontwikkelingen, wet- en regelgeving en onze dienstverlening.

Je herkent en inventariseert proactief de wensen, kansen en behoeften van de klant, altijd met het oog op optimale resultaten en tevreden klanten. Je geniet van het opbouwen en onderhouden van relaties en legt moeiteloos contact op alle niveaus, zowel extern met klanten als intern met collega's.
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse gang van zaken bij de klant, waarbij hoge klanttevredenheid jouw uitgangspunt is. Met jouw expertise ontzorg je de klant en werk je samen met je collega's om de beste service te bieden. Je beheert een diverse portefeuille van klanten uit verschillende sectoren en op uiteenlopende niveaus.
Een greep uit jouw werkzaamheden:
- Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het zo efficiënt mogelijk inregelen, monitoren en verbeteren van de processen rondom inhuur;
- Je vertaalt relevante ontwikkelingen op het gebied van arbeidsmarkt en wet- en regelgeving naar direct toepasbare oplossingen, dan wel aanpassingen in het inhuurproces
- Je signaleert mogelijkheden tot door ontwikkelen en uitbreiden van onze diensten en producten en bent in staat deze uit te werken en te presenteren,
- Je analyseert periodiek de resultaten van de dienstverlening en vertaalt deze naar een rapportage met oplossingen en adviezen;
- Je maakt een jaarlijkse prognose (zowel inzet als omzet) voor je klanten;
- Intern ben je de verbindende factor tussen de klant en onze verschillende afdelingen die het klantproces ondersteunen en uitvoeren.
Wat je nodig hebt
Als Program Manager heb je uitgebreide kennis van de Nederlandse flexmarkt en zorg je ervoor dat je continu op de hoogte bent van de relevante (juridische) ontwikkelingen. Je voelt feilloos aan welke risico's en mogelijkheden hieruit voortkomen voor jouw klanten en bent in staat deze om te zetten naar passende acties. Je bent proactief en herkent en ontwikkelt verbeteringen in bestaande processen en producten voor je klanten op basis van onze dienstverlening.
Daarnaast:
- Heb je bij voorkeur een afgeronde hbo-bachelor opleiding;
- Minimaal 5 jaar relevante managementervaring in de flexmarkt, bij voorkeur bij een MSP of een broker;
- Ben je een relatiebouwer pur sang;
- Beschik je over een resultaat- en servicegerichte mentaliteit;
- Heb je een sterk analytisch vermogen, gecombineerd met een daadkrachtige instelling;
- Ben je sensitief om inhuurvraagstukken te kunnen doorgronden en op te lossen;
- Beheers je de Nederlandse en Engelse taal uitstekend, in woord en geschrift.

What you will do
You will be to act as the Learning Program Manager for the delivery of the BEST Learning program supporting our Field Technicians, for the fast-paced Johnson Controls.

Who you are- You have 10+ years of experience in strategy execution, program management, or transformation roles in high-growth, complex environments.

The Security Programs team aims to be "cohesive tissue" for critical initiatives, acting as a strategic partner to the Security team and broader business to drive security outcomes. * Support the execution and delivery of cross-functional security integration projects with multiple dependencies and constraints.
* Work closely with integration leads and cross-functional teams to ensure buy-in and adoption of critical security initiatives.
* Rapidly identify and escalate security integration risks to enable proactive collaboration and timely resolution.
* Provide program status updates to Security leadership and M&A stakeholders, ensuring transparency on key metrics and program effectiveness during integration.
* Concurrently manage multiple critical projects related to entity integration, including establishing and updating milestones, risks, and timelines.

Als Global Independent Aerospace Service Provider creëert FSG - locatie Fokker Techniek op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor regionale, commerciële, special mission (VIP) en militaire vliegtuigen. Ze ontwikkelen, onderhouden, repareren, upgraden en leveren hoogwaardige oplossingen voor deze nieuwste generatie vliegtuigen.
Over de functieJe bent de spil tussen sales, de klant en daarbij het bruggenhoofd tot project management en het management.
Korte termijn focus: Ontwikkeling van proposities en optimalisatie van bestaande programma's zoals B737, A320 en A330. Daarnaast verkennen van uitbreidingen naar programma's voor A350 en/of B787.
Lange termijn doelstellingen: Versterken van klantgerichtheid en operational excellence van FSG.
Je gaat o.a. aan de slag met:
- Voorbereiden van aanbiedingen (Bid/No Bid) en ondersteuning bij contracten;
- Aansturen van contractuitvoering, denk aan kick-offs, risicoanalyses en “lessons learned";
- Initiëren en uitvoeren van continue verbeterplannen (CI) binnen de programma's;
- Opbouwen en onderhouden van klantrelaties om aan klantwensen te voldoen;
- Ontwikkelen van toekomstbestendige (nieuwe) programma's ter ondersteuning van strategische doelstellingen;
- Zorgdragen voor heldere interne communicatie, samenwerking en operationele efficiëntie;
- Coördineren van programma-uitvoering, risico's, afhankelijkheden, probleemoplossing en escalatieprocessen.

Strategy & Program Manager Tooling
Merchant Operations (MOps) ensures compliance for new and existing customers through first-line teams (CDD, Credit Risk, Fraud, Card Scheme Ops, AML). Evolving customer needs, products, and regulations make compliant journeys complex and our teams require a reliable infrastructure for growth.
The new MOps Enablement team supports this function with tool stack, priority projects and product enablement, empowering them to focus on customers and enhance productivity, growth and operational excellence. One of our goals is to unify the MOps tool stack and boost operational efficiency and data reliability.
As Tooling Specialist, you'll define and execute the strategy for a unified, reliable, data-rich MOps tool stack. You'll collaborate with leaders, subject matter experts and Product Solution teams to understand processes, identify inefficiencies and plan tool standardization and integration.
What You Will Do
- Tooling Strategy Development- Lead the development of a detailed strategy for a unified tool stack across all MOps teams, translating the MOps Enablement north star into actionable plans.
- Current State Analysis- Conduct thorough assessments of existing tooling, identifying pain points, redundancies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration- Partner with MOps team leads and individual contributors to understand their daily workflows, tooling challenges, and data requirements.
- Build vs. Buy Decisions- Collaborate with Product teams to evaluate potential solutions, weigh build vs. buy options, and make informed recommendations for new tooling or enhancements.
- Implementation Planning- Develop detailed implementation plans for tooling migrations, integrations, and new tool rollouts, ensuring minimal disruption to BAU.
- Data Reliability and Insights- Ensure the unified tool stack facilitates easy access to reliable data, enabling robust reporting, analytics, and strategic decision-making.
- Performance Measurement- Define and track key metrics related to tooling effectiveness, user adoption, and operational efficiency gains.
- Training and Support- Work with relevant teams to develop and deliver training materials and support mechanisms for new or updated tools.
Who You Are
- 5+ years experience in a related strategy and analytics role with preferably 3+ years experience in defining and implementing tooling strategies within Operations or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and the importance of data reliability for operational insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems, develop practical solutions and drive projects to completion.
- Proficient in planning, execution, closing, resource allocation, risk mitigation and communication.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
- Familiarity with various operational tools used in operations, customer support, or risk management.
- Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams on technical solutions.
