As Legal Manager Operations & Innovation, you will join the Ahold Delhaize legal community. Key areas of work in this community are covered by dedicated teams, each with their own expertise. Overview
The Commercial Operations Manager reports to SVP P&EM Dotted line to Commercial Operations Lead. The role will assist theCommercial Operations Lead in providing a commercial excellence service which includes Launch, Global Expansion, Commercialtraining, and Business Analytics, in addition to supporting the SVP in Executive Assistant tasks, and some general regional administrative tasks as required.

This is a 2 years FTC (Fixed Term Contract) hybrid office based 2 days in Maidenhead, UK or Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

Key Responsibilities
Administration and Business Information Analytics:

• Support the Head of Partner Markets with executive support as and when required.
• Align with the Commercial Operations Lead to provide support and guidance to P&EM extended leadership team to set agendaand priorities for biweekly meetings, make recommendations on topics and time allotments, and generally prepare for P&EMLT, xLT and cluster board meetings and keeping/distributing meeting minutes where required.
• Ensure all Meeting distributioninvite lists are reviewed monthly to ensure correct attendance.
• Carry out supporting tasks for P&EM team, particularly the Europe and MART clusters. This will include support andmanagement of Purchase Orders, keeping records of contracting & legal documents (HR files, contracts, Invoices), working inclose partnership with Legal, Finance, HR, and other expertise areas in P&EM. Management of post email flows, shipment ofmaterial.
• Support the P&EM team in the partner contractual governance processes to include the management of the Partner Portalreporting tool. Ensuring the use of correct documentation and the inclusion of scheduling internal and external meetings(proactively addressing agenda conflicts), keeping meeting minutes.
• Management of the Partner Portal: This will include Performance Tracking and Monitoring. This will include the creation andmaintenance of Partner / Geography Specific Performance Tracking Dashboard. Providing quarterly updates to P&EMLeadership
• Leads and supports projects as defined by SVP & Commercial Operations Lead.

Launch Excellence

• Supports the commercial lead with the project management activities. In addition, the creation and deployment of workflowtools to streamline the launch excellence process. Ensures all information contained in launch dashboards and reportingdocuments are continually updated based on discussion with Commercial Operations lead, EA's and Commercial Leads.

Commercial Training

• Operational Support on activities and governance for partners and affiliate commercial training for the region. Ownership of theoperational activities of the E Learning Platform to ensure that user lists are updated, and training is allocated when requiredas per the P&EM Training Plan. Supports and facilitates the commercial operations lead where required in the delivery of theAnnual Partner Learning strategy, by supporting the quarterly training meetings plan and engaging with the cross functionalteams as required.

Events /Congress

• Support participation in Congresses & Symposia (booth, budgeting, coordination, funding) in collaboration with Marketing &Medical for the region. Arrange and provide support for meetings (e.g., P&EM annual All Hands and Partners Meeting)including planning and execution, agenda preparation, and meeting logistics as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Finance, or a related field. MBA or ProjectManagement Certification (PMP, PRINCE2) for advanced leadership and project management skills considered a plus
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare industries, particularly in commercialoperations, business administration, or partner management roles.
• Strong understanding of pharmaceutical governance, compliance, and contracting processes, ensuring alignment with industrystandards like FDA, EMA, MHRA, and GDPR regulations.

Jouw impact
De werkzaamheden als Manager Finance Operations bij Vandebron zijn zeer divers en afwisselend. Zo ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor alle in- en excasso processen die vandebron maandelijks voor haar klanten doet, evenals alle overige processen rondom onze bankrekening (loonrun, declaratie flows, etc).

Daarmee ben je een centraal onderdeel van de Finance, Legal, Risk & Compliance ("FLERCO") afdeling van vandebron en coördineer je de samenwerking met de Treasury afdeling van de groep. Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de Finance Director en neemt deel aan het FLERCO management team.

Door jouw kennis en ervaring ben je in staat om de financiële processen die onder jouw verantwoordelijkheid vallen nauwkeurig uit te (laten) voeren. • Je coacht en begeleidt een team van vijf collega's met een brede range aan functieprofielen, variërend van credit controller tot finance operator (AP/AR).

Jouw team bestaat uit vijf collega's: Marnix, Ausrine, Bruno, Cheyenne en Metz. Het is een jong en ambitieus team waarin iedereen elkaar graag helpt en goed kent. Ook zal je veel samenwerken met de collega's van Financial Control en zal je regelmatig schakelen met de Treasury en Accounting afdelingen van onze moedermaatschappij Essent/EON.

• Je hebt een afgeronde WO-opleiding, bij voorkeur in accountancy, controlling of finance.
• Je hebt minimaal 8 jaar relevante werkervaring in finance, bij voorkeur binnen de energiesector, telecom of insurance/banking/fintech of een zeer dynamische omgeving.
• Je hebt al een paar jaar ervaring met alle aspecten van het managen van een team.
• Je hebt ervaring met maandafsluitingen en financiële rapportages.
• Je hebt ervaring met verschillende financiële applicaties (bij voorkeur Business Central)
• Kennis van SQL en data skills zijn een grote pré. Je werkt zelfstandig en vind het leuk om over financiële vraagstukken te sparren met collega's en helpt graag je niet-financiële collega waar nodig.
• Je bent proactief, resultaatgericht, besluitvaardig en ondernemend en weet met sterk stakeholder management impact te maken over de randen van jouw afdeling heen.
• Daarnaast ben je ook analytisch ingesteld en hou je ervan om nauwkeurig te werk te gaan.
• Je spreekt en schrijft vloeiend Nederlands en Engels en communiceert duidelijk en to-the-point.
