A day in the life

That will involve helping with pre-shift meetings with your team and monitoring procedures to make sure everyone is following safety rules, quality processes, and the priority plan for the day.
You'll escalate any issues you spot to your manager, but sometimes you'll be the most senior person on shift and will give people the direction they need to complete their tasks. At other times, you'll support your Shift/Area Manager in planning shifts to make sure you have enough team members working during peak times.
Basic Qualifications
- Advanced proficiency in Dutch in both written and verbal communication (C1 Common European Framework of Reference, CEFR)
- Relevant experience working with data analytics and using these metrics to identify problems
- Relevant experience working with the MS Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) in a professional environment

**Role Objective**

**Requirements**

**Role Objective**

+ Review and approve commercial invoices including approve all Trade documents, CI (Commercial Invoices), PL (Packing Lists) and AWB(Airway Bills) in 24 business hours
+ Manage Order Form entry via internal systems.
+ Support all Tax and Customs audits in alignment with Legal Regional Team
+ Work with Client Trade Compliance team and Third-Party Logistics Service Providers (aka 3PLs) to make sure that all international shipments comply with export & import regulations
+ Complete Due Diligence on all external parties in alignment with Legal requirements
+ Maintain brokerage performance reports, monitor and manage all PII and Denied Party Screening requests
+ Coordinate and resolve or escalate where required, inbound international shipments held at customs
+ Carry out emerging markets research to determine shipping and compliance regulations in new locations.
**Requirements**
+ Graduated bachelor's degree with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the logistics industry, trade compliance rules, regulations, inventory, or warehouse management.
+ Experience in working with 3PL.

Job Description
This position supports planning for very significant revenue streams as well as very complex supply planning networks which are critical to AbbVie's top line revenue goals and strategic imperatives. EMEA Demand & Inventory Planning Manager
The Team
Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
The Position
As EMEA Demand & Inventory Planning Manager, you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation team. You will lead Total EMEA seasonal demand forecasting and buy planning, for certain division(s), collaborating closely with DTC channels and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams to support sales, margin, and inventory goals. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand.

**The Team**
Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
**The Position**
As Senior Director EMEA Demand & Inventory Planning you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation Team. You will lead the EMEA Demand Planning and Inventory buy decisions based on collaborative input from DTC channels and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams. You will deliver the financial category demand plans that support sales and margin targets for the brand in EMEA that tie to financial targets and ambitions, in collaboration with cross-functional teams to align planning strategies with market trends and business objectives. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Long Term Planning: Contribute to long-range planning processes and support top-down seasonal sales, margin, and inventory plans and strategies to meet corporate financial targets
+ Merchandise Strategy: Collaborate with the DTC Buying leaders, Merchandising and Wholesale Account teams on merchandise strategies and financial plans to ensure alignment with global direction and regional plans
+ Demand Planning: Create EMEA option level demand plans for Seasonal & NOS, improving accuracy of sell in vs forecast.
+ Inventory management: Own inventory decisions on NOS/Seasonal buys based on demand signals from Wholesale Account planning (Hubs) & DTC channel input. Management of TH EMEA inventory levels with E2E inventory visibility and partnership with Finance.
+ Integrated Demand Planning (IDP): Run IDP process with Demand Planning team input & roll-up for Hub Account & DTC demand forecasts into region. Review Hub/DTC sell-in forecasts, optimizing accuracy.
+ Range Planning: Input into regional range plan, option framework & customer segmentation.
+ Wholesale Planning: Review consolidation of key WHS account plans and develop aligned process for Key Account Planning together with hub counterparts
+ Inventory Flow: Set inventory inbound flow & consumption strategy (with hub commercial teams & DTC).
+ Buy Quantification: Pass off consolidated, sized buys for Mainline and Outlet channels to Planning Operations team
+ Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency.
+ Support departmental plans: work with the VP TH Omni Planning & Allocation to develop departmental plans and priorities
+ Manage EMEA Demand & Inventory Planning team: provide managerial and leadership support to the team, providing guidance and direction to enable them to best deliver the task their teams are responsible for deliveringenable them to effectively deliver on their team's responsibilities.

**Requirements**
+ 10+ years of experience in wholesale planning, demand planning, or merch planning within a fashion, retail, or consumer goods environment.
+ Strong expertise in demand and wholesale planning with a sound understanding in demand driven merchandise financials, deep knowledge in setting up a profitable financial structure and plan including performance tracking.
+ Strong commercial and results-driven mindset, with the ability to understand short-term sales needs with long-term strategic planning.
+ Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making, leveraging insights to optimize buying strategies and inventory levels.

**Domain Advisor**
Our Domain Advisor is the domain/industry go-to expert on Supply Chain Planning owning the go-to-market strategy and execution for a given (set of) industrie(s) based on deep knowledge on the Supply Chain domain, relevant industry trends and competitive landscape. **Key Responsibilities & Tasks**
The Domain Advisor Expert has an in-depth understanding of the Supply Chain Planning domain, has deep industry knowledge and experience making him/her a trusted advisor for buying centers and CSCO/COO. Domain Expert takes ownership of key activities during the 'awareness and (re)consider' phases of the customer lifecycle. Responsible for demand generation, solution/LoB pipeline build strategies and development of scale initiatives resulting in increased solutions/LoB (Line of Business) pipeline, revenue and an elevated SAP leadership position in the solution/LoB segment. Executes solution/LoB segment functional business plans integrating functional and financial objectives. In addition, takes ownership on strategic pursuits alongside the sales team the 'evaluate and select' phases of the lifecycle, extending the expertise of the team.
Tasks: Provide standardized approaches for value-based sales activities for focus solutions/LoB. Enable the field and support roll-out of new field training; conduct in class training for specific solutions/ Lobs and contribute to e-learning content; coach and mentor internal customers on our products and solutions and how to position them with our clients. Provide on demand access for solution/LoB specific expertise; engage with customers on strategic pursuits.
