The Key Account Manager (KAM) is a field-based expert who drives the commercial objectives of selected products and/or programs in the Netherlands. Focused on optimizing care for patients-particularly in the areas of cardiology and heart failure - the KAM plays a pivotal role in increasing diagnoses and strengthening referral networks across the territory, especially in topclinical hospitals. Reporting to the Business Lead, the KAM will develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the overall product strategy.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Present a positive image of the company and develop awareness of the RNAi platform with relevant groups of healthcare professionals;
+ Support, own, and drive territory and account plans, including customer targeting and cycle plan, in line with Marketing strategy and line manager's guidance;
+ Promote the product portfolio and achieve post-launch KPIs;
+ Use sales skills to ensure consistent and continuous messaging;
+ Perform a detailed analysis of the assigned territory to identify, assess, and support the development of relevant centers for diagnosis and referral of appropriate patients to the specialist treatment centers;
+ Drive awareness of patient identification, diagnostic testing, and referral pathways through tailored territory strategies.;
+ Build relationships and maintain contact with key customers and provide commercial and scientific services to ensure access at site of care where appropriate;
+ Manage and execute local meetings to drive diagnosis and referral, in collaboration with the Medical Affairs Team for physicians and other healthcare professionals;
+ Represent our customer at local and national meetings and congresses;
+ Serve as the communication link between key customers and internal teams;
+ Liaise and collaborate with relevant internal staff (Medical Affairs, Marketing, Market Access, and Business Operations), as required;
+ Timely and accurate reporting and continuous diligent maintenance of the CRM database;
+ Conduct all activities to highest ethical standards in accordance with country code of practice and local Laws and regulations;
+ Significant domestic travel and occasional international travel as needed.
**Qualifications**
+ University degree in a business-related field such as health or business management or comparable educational background;
+ 3+ years of previous Sales and Key Account Management experience in bio/pharmaceutical sales;
+ Therapeutic area experience in Cardiology is required
+ Ability to gain consistent access and develop strong & professional relationships for product promotion with healthcare providers in reference centers and the community;
+ Effective communication and influencing skills to engage with professionals at all organizational levels;
+ Strong business acumen to add value to the existing health care structures;
+ Ability to draw on previous experiences and insights to generate and maintain appropriate awareness and timely access to treatment;
+ Excellent organizational skills;
+ Fluent in Dutch and English, both written and verbal;
+ Ability to travel within a territory on a regular basis (80% of the time).

This role is intended as an approximately 7-month coverage, with the possibility of extension.
The Key Account Manager Distributors will manage and drive the Sales, Wholesale, Retail and Ecom, for Under Armour in the assigned EMEA region managing ~2-3 Exclusive Distribution partners.

You work closely with diverse cross-functional teams, including Category Development, Customer Activation, RGM, Commercial Finance, and Supply Chain to deliver commercial outcomes critical to the overall performance of the Diageo Northern Europe business.
**Role Responsibilities**
+ Shape and implement the growth strategy for various Superunie members in the Netherlands - balancing vision with delivery of commercial targets (NSV, Market Share, GM & Cash).
+ Develop and implement winning joint customer business plans that are grounded in value creation and drive mutual, sustainable growth.
+ Build and own strong, long-term customer relationships.
+ Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Category Development, Customer Activation, RGM, and Commercial Finance teams to build effective commercial strategies in areas including portfolio, pricing, promotion, and activation.
+ Analyse diverse category data sets to interpret trends, discover insights, and identify future growth opportunities.
+ Partner with Supply Chain teams to provide accurate forecasting to ensure the right product is in the right place, at the right time.
+ Lead negotiations with the Superunie members, covering promotional plans and marketing investments.
**About you:**
+ Leadership: Experienced in key account management for the retail channel within consumer goods or related industries. A diverse set of backgrounds is encouraged.

The opportunity
Reporting into the Global Sales Director you will take responsibility for one of the group’s key global strategic customers that this business services across US, Central and South America, Europe and India.
Key Requirements
- We are looking for a talented senior level key account manager who can demonstrate a record of success in the management and coordination of large global / multinational customers with a strong market awareness of the personal care / home care markets
- Ideally, this individual will have a strong background from within the packaging sector and really understand the key drivers/influencers within this market and how to organise and manage global customers
- Candidates could also come from within the customer market and operate within senior level procurement / product management / NPD or even packaging development and maybe open to the idea of moving into a much more commercial opportunity
- Will need to have significant stakeholder management experience and ability to coordinate people to achieve the companies and customers objectives
- Part of this role will require significant analytical capabilities and the ability to manage and assimilate large amounts of data from multiple data sources. Being able to analyse, evaluate and simplify is a pre-requisite to this role
- As you can imagine, working within a global business, it’s important that you have had a similar or previous experience of this and understand how to work and operate within a cross functional / matrix structure
- The ideal candidate will have a technical / product development or engineering background
