About The Job
Utilus is looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our growing team. As a Human Resources Manager at Utilus, you will align people strategy with business goals and act as a trusted advisor to managers and employees.
You will collaborate with the HR team (1.5 FTE) and (Senior) Management to implement effective HR solutions, ensure compliance with the Dutch labor law, and foster a positive and productive work environment. You'll oversee and support all HR functions, including: Employment & Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, Performance & Talent Management, Employee & Labor Relations and Employee Engagement.
Key Responsibilities HR Manager
- You manage the HR & Recruitment team (1.5 FTE).
- You develop and implement HR strategies and policies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- You will act as a business partner to management, ensuring we attract, develop, and retain top talents.
- You will provide guidance and support management on HR-related matters, including performance, development and leadership growth.
- You are responsible (together with the Recruiter) for Recruitment & Onboarding, including headcount planning, the recruitment process and collaboration with external agencies.
- You will manage the company culture and employee relations, including onboarding, performance, talent development and engagement.
- You will monitor the Utilus L&D development approach and identify learning and development needs, if necessary organise training/sessions.
- Maintain knowledge of current HR trends and best practices and make recommendations for improvement.
- You will manage all aspects of HR operations and develop/optimize and implement HR policies and processes.
- You will ensure timely and accurate updates related to HR processes, policies, and legal changes.

- At least > 5 years of broad HR experience, preferably within a Tech environment
- Bachelor/Master degree in HRM or Business Administration
- Solid knowledge of Dutch labor law and experience
- Excellent analytical and interpersonal skills
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English
- You are flexible and comfortable in a fast paced environment
- You have a proactive, independent, and solution-oriented mindset

Responsibility
As an HRBP, you will support both the Amsterdam warehouse and the Northern Region business teams. You will work closely with frontline operations, aligning HR strategies with business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Maintain and manage resources for local Delivery Service Partners (DSPs) in Zwolle Area.
- Coordinate and integrate DSP suppliers to ensure a seamless delivery operation.
