**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Business Data Analysis Intern** to join our **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** team. In this role, you will support the monthly reporting and analysis of _Sales Out_ and _Inventory_ data submitted by Fluke's channel partners. You will work closely with the FP&A team to ensure data quality, identify business opportunities, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Rework and process monthly _Sales Out_ and _Inventory_ reports received from Fluke's channel partners.
+ Analyze submitted data to identify quality defects, inconsistencies, and potential business opportunities.
+ Participate in ongoing projects to optimize and automate reporting processes, including:
+ Leveraging and enhancing the RPA bot developed in 2024.
+ Developing tools and workflows for reporting tasks not efficiently handled by the RPA bot.
+ Support the FP&A department's BI Analyst with small-scale data and reporting projects.
**Required Qualifications & Skills**
+ Must be enrolled at a university for the entire duration of the internship
+ Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
+ Affinity with data processing, validation, and analysis.
+ Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail.
+ Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Experience working with Robotic Process Automation (RPA) tools.
+ Background in data analytics, business intelligence, or related fields.

This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join the Darwin Central Services team. Contributing to the development of Darwin and its associated applications.
The purpose of the role is to deal with requests from appropriate colleagues that have been distributed to you for processing. The successful candidate will develop a deeper knowledge of how Darwin works in each territory and local market requirements.
Reporting to the European Business Data Manager you will resolve support requests lodged by appropriate users from different territories across multiple time-zones. These will often be required to meet exacting deadlines. In addition, you enjoy:
+ Processing support requests, maintaining Darwin Admin Centre data impacting Services, Clients, Contracts, Fees, Master and Standing Data
+ Carrying out Darwin Admin Centre modifications and other changes as directed by the Business Data Manager, and escalating to the Business Data Manager where required
+ Monitoring changes requested to ensure that the changes have been approved by the appropriate authority (Client Director, Marketing Standards, Legal, Risk & Compliance) and that the changes will not have any adverse effects on any other part of the business
+ Recording changes and modifications to demonstrate compliance and service provided
**What we would like:**
+ Good understanding of Darwin, the Darwin Admin Centre, and how associated applications, such as MySedgwick, ViaOne, and Smart.Ly interact with it
+ Ability to evaluate the requested changes, and their implications to business process
+ An ability to follow rules designed to satisfy any Legal and regulatory requirements
+ Excellent written and verbal communications skills in English, and other European languages preferred
+ High attention to detail
+ Commitment to quality
+ Ability to react well to changing requirements
+ Ability to work within a team and individually under own initiative
+ Ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
+ Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
