**Waar kom je te werken?**
Je komt te werken op de Transportafdeling binnen de Supply Chain. De Supply Chain is verantwoordelijk voor de inkoop en levering van producten en diensten vestiging in Weesp. Het gaat hier om grondstoffen en hulpmaterialen welke direct gebruikt worden voor de productie van onze medicijnen. De transportafdeling is verantwoordelijk voor alle importen en exporten en in die hoedanigheid ook werkzaam voor Basel m.b.t. de verzending van de commerciële goederen.
**Wat ga je doen als Import/Export officer?**
De transportafdeling is o.a. verantwoordelijk voor het importeren van grondstoffen voor de productie van medicijnen en het o.a. exporteren van gereed product wereldwijd. De op de afdeling werkzame Import- Export Officers organiseren de export en importaangiftes volgens wettelijke regelgeving. Realiseren van de organisatie, planning, documentaire begeleiding en administratieve afwikkeling van (aan derden uitbesteed) internationaal vervoer van goederen voorgebracht door, voor of vanwege Abbott Healthcare Products BV/ Abbott Biologicals alsmede Abbott Products Operations AG voor de commerciële goederen. Het opbouwen en onderhouden van zakelijke relaties en bevorderen van resultaat gerichte samenwerking met transporteurs, interne steakholders en ander belanghebbende in het internationale logistieke netwerk.
**Wat worden je taken en verantwoordelijkheden?**
+ Beoordelen, zorgdragen en complementeren van vervoersaanvragen.
+ Opbouwen en onderhouden van zakelijke relaties en bevorderen van resultaatgerichte samenwerking met transporteurs, interne Stakeholders en andere belanghebbende in het (internationale/Europese) logistieke netwerk.
+ Naleven van externe/overheids- en Abbott- regelgeving.

**Wat voor kennis en ervaring neem je mee?**
+ Je hebt een HBO opleiding afgerond, bijv. richting Logistiek/Supplychain management.

**You Bring**
+ Solid knowledge of EU and UK customs regulations, export controls, broker management, and related trade compliance laws.

Van douanedocumentatie tot het oplossen van logistieke puzzels: jij regelt het. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en dat maakt het werk juist zo leuk.

Werkzaamheden

• Je coördineert importzendingen van A tot Z via lucht- en/of zeevracht.
• Je zorgt voor een foutloze douaneafhandeling en correcte documentatie.
• Je onderhoudt dagelijks contact met klanten, leveranciers en transporteurs.
• Je signaleert knelpunten en lost deze zelfstandig en snel op.
• Je houdt toezicht op doorlooptijden en bewaakt de voortgang van zendingen.
• Je werkt met geautomatiseerde systemen voor logistiek en douaneafhandeling.
• Je denkt actief mee over procesoptimalisatie en verbetervoorstellen.
• Je zorgt voor duidelijke interne rapportages en statusupdates van zendingen.

Wij zoeken

• Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring als importmedewerker in lucht- en/of zeevracht.
• Aantoonbare kennis van douaneprocedures en relevante documentatie.
• Ervaring met systemen als Cargowise of vergelijkbare logistieke software.
• Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal, mondeling én schriftelijk.
• Je werkt nauwkeurig en schakelt snel bij onverwachte situaties.
• Je bent een teamspeler, maar kunt ook zelfstandig beslissingen nemen.
• Je denkt in oplossingen en hebt een klantgerichte mindset.
