**What's the role?**
The STR Operations Development Program (SoDP) is a traineeship opportunity for individuals who are interested in becoming future commercial operators within Shell. The duration of the program is two (2) years during which you get the opportunity to experience various positions within the fields of Trading Operations.
The traineeship aims to develop you to be a good operator which means that once traders get the 'trade' in, operators need to guide their distribution in the right direction. You will be the first contact for the ports worldwide, the Traders, the customs and internal contacts.
**What you'll be doing**
During the traineeship you will learn a lot of different aspects related to Trading & Supply Operations.
For example:
+ Setting up contracts with the Traders
+ Deciding on which claims are well founded or not
+ Logistical planning for transportation
After the successful completion of the traineeship, the next steps in your career will be discussed based on your abilities and interests, with the aim of becoming a successful commercial operator on a trading operations desk.
**What you bring**
+ Bachelor's (HBO) or Master's Degree with some working experience and strong interest in either Supply chain, Trading or Oil & Freight Operations
+ Fluent in English. German and French language skills are an advantage
+ Good communication & analytical skills
+ Resilient and having the ability to plan your activities and work with sometimes conflicting deadlines in order to comply with business needs and policy guidelines
+ A good team player and self-motivated, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills, able to liaise effectively with all levels of internal and external stakeholders
+ A multi-tasking self-starter who, after training, is capable of working independently without supervision

- Zorgdragen voor heldere interne communicatie, samenwerking en operationele efficiëntie;
- Coördineren van programma-uitvoering, risico's, afhankelijkheden, probleemoplossing en escalatieprocessen.
- Een afgeronde bacheloropleiding en/of Master in Luchtvaart- of Supply-chain engineering;
- Minimaal 4 jaar relevante programmamanagement werkervaring;
- Sterke analytische vaardigheden en affiniteit met geavanceerde analysetechnieken;
- Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke communicatievaardigheden in zowel Nederlands als Engels;
- Een bewezen staat van dienst in programmamanagement (IPMA-certificering is een pluspunt);
- Ervaring in klantgerichte MRO-omgevingen binnen Airframe Services;
- Kennis van Lean en Six Sigma-methodieken (Green Belt-certificering is een plus);
- Vermogen om effectief te werken in multidisciplinaire en internationale teams

Dan is dit jouw kans.Over het bedrijfBij Fokker Services Group (FSG) draait het om één doel: het overtreffen van betrouwbaarheidsverwachtingen om vliegtuigen te houden waar ze thuishoren, in de lucht! Als Global Independent Aerospace Service Provider creëert FSG - locatie Fokker Techniek op maat gemaakte oplossingen voor regionale, commerciële, special mission (VIP) en militaire vliegtuigen. Ze ontwikkelen, onderhouden, repareren, upgraden en leveren hoogwaardige oplossingen voor deze nieuwste generatie vliegtuigen. Over de functieJe bent de spil tussen sales - de klant en daarbij het bruggenhoofd tot projectmanagement en het management. Korte termijn focus: Ontwikkeling van proposities en optimalisatie van bestaande programma's zoals B737, A320 en A330. Daarnaast verkennen we uitbreidingen naar programma's voor A350 en/of B787.
