Voor onze praktijk in Rosmalen zoeken wij een Front office manager die ervoor zorgt dat alles op rolletjes loopt – van telefoon en mail tot ondersteuning van ons team en de praktijkmanager op het gebied van financiën, marketing en communicatie. Wat je gaat doen
Als Office Manager ben jij de spil van onze praktijk en zorg je ervoor dat alles soepel verloopt. Je werkt op onze locaties in Rosmalen en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor patiënten – zowel telefonisch, per mail als aan de balie. Daarmee ben jij hét visitekaartje van Fysiotherapie Scholten en zorg je voor een warme en professionele ontvangst. Daarnaast heb je een gevarieerde set aan backoffice taken op het gebied van financiën, marketing of communicatie. Net wat bij jouw vaardigheden, ervaring en interesses past
Je ondersteunt ons team van fysiotherapeuten en trainers door de agenda's te beheren, afspraken in te plannen en vragen van patiënten te beantwoorden. Je springt bij waar nodig zodat de therapeuten zich volledig kunnen richten op de patiënt. Daarnaast pak je diverse administratieve en organisatorische taken op: dit kan zijn van financiële taken tot het bijwerken van onze online kanalen (website en social media). Ook bied je ondersteuning aan het management en help je de praktijkmanager bij allerlei taken. Samen met 2 andere office managers ben je verantwoordelijk voor het klantcontact en draag je zorg voor een nette en gastvrije uitstraling van onze praktijklocaties. Wie wij zijn
Fysiotherapie Scholten is een vooruitstrevende praktijk voor fysiotherapie en trainingen met verschillende specialisaties. Naast reguliere fysiotherapie, beschikken wij over specialisaties manuele therapie, sportfysiotherapie, kinderfysiotherapie, geriatrie, pyschosomatiek en groepstrainingen. En hebben wij affiniteit en nauwe samenwerkingsverbanden in de (top)sport.
We hebben drie praktijklocaties in Rosmalen en beschikken daar over goede faciliteiten zoals echoapparatuur, een AlterG, verschillende grote trainingsruimtes waaronder een indoor kunstgrasveld. Onze praktijk heeft een aantal samenwerkingen met verschillende in de regio partijen zoals: FC Den Bosch, Reinier van Arkel, Jeroen Bosch Ziekenhuis en Kliniek ViaSana. Daarnaast hebben we veel lokale samenwerkingen binnen de eerstelijnszorg. En zijn twee van onze locaties gevestigd binnen gezondheidscentra. Waardoor we je een dynamische omgeving kunnen bieden buiten de reguliere fysiotherapie.

Join our mission as a Medical Receptionist (m/f/d) to bring premium lipedema care to the Netherlands!
As part of the international expansion of our leading lipedema concept from Germany and Switzerland, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front Office Manager (m/f/d) to lead the reception and organizational operations of our private clinic in the Netherlands. Our clinic is equipped with state-of-the-art technology and follows a patient-centered approach to set the highest standards in lipedema treatment.
- Reception & patient admission: Welcome and register patients with warmth and professionalism.
- Planning and conducting consultations: Organize and structure consultation processes, maintain an overview. Recognize the needs of our patients.
- Appointment coordination: Plan and confirm consultations and operations via channels such as telephone, email, and WhatsApp.
- Documentation and billing: Create and maintain digital patient records and generate invoices for initial consultations.
- Communication hub: Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and phone calls, and act as a central point of contact with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Clinic standards: Ensure order and hygiene in the consultation rooms.
- Inventory management: Order and manage office and medical supplies.
- Medical support: Assist with patient care, e.G., by creating patient records using 3D scanning technology and maintaining patient-specific calendars.
- Team collaboration: Communicate with front office teams at other locations.
- Marketing and practice development: Support marketing activities and participate in projects to improve clinic operations.
- Completed training as a Medical Assistant (MFA), Dental Assistant (ZFA), Hotel Specialist, Office Manager (m/f/d) with a degree in Healthcare / Management / with experience in the medical sector.
- Relevant experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment;
medical knowledge is a plus but not required. - Fluent in Dutch, strong written and verbal communication skills in English, German is a plus.
- Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with digital tools and IT systems.
- Willingness to learn about specialized medical topics and software.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional communication.
