**Hoe impact te creëren**
+ Door middel van rapportages en analyses de klanten voorzien van inzicht in de retourstroom van haar items op de vijf middelencentra van Kuehne+Nagel;
+ Landelijk sturen op een ideale verdeling van CBL kratten, rolcontainers en rollies voor de grootste supermarktketen van Nederland en haar leveranciers;
+ Continu optimaliseren van logistieke processen en op basis van analyse verbetervoorstellen aandragen om processen te verbeteren voor de klanten en Kuehne + Nagel;
+ Coördinerende rol tussen middelencentra en klanten en leveranciers.
**Wat we graag willen dat je meebrengt**
+ Minimaal HBO werk- en denkniveau aanwezig, of studies afgehandeld bij voorkeur richting Logistiek;
+ 2 jaar relevante werkervaring minimum;

+ Door middel van rapportages en analyses de klanten voorzien van inzicht in de retourstroom van haar items op de vijf middelencentra van Kuehne+Nagel;
+ Landelijk sturen op een ideale verdeling van CBL kratten, rolcontainers en rollies voor de grootste supermarktketen van Nederland en haar leveranciers;
+ Continu optimaliseren van logistieke processen en op basis van analyse verbetervoorstellen aandragen om processen te verbeteren voor de klanten en Kuehne + Nagel;

As a Supply Chain Planner, you are part of the department Planning & Buying in Medemblik and will report to the Manager Planning. You are the main contact for our Production, Buying and Customer Support teams. In this role as Supply Chain Planner you will be part of the Systems & Module Planning team. The System and Module planning team operates to a Sales and Operation Plan (S&OP plan). This team is in charge of the supply chain planning and all dynamics and challenges that are connected to this. In de rol als Medewerker Customer Relations ben je het eerste aanspreekpunt voor klanten en het verlengstuk van de salesafdeling. Je bent degene die de schakel is tussen de klant en alle interne afdelingen (zoals sales, productie en planning). Je zorgt dat orderprocessen goed verlopen en wordt voldaan aan de klantwensen. De producten van dit bedrijf dragen voor een groot deel bij aan het succes van deze sector in heel Europa. Bij deze locatie van dit bedrijf komt de ontwikkeling, productie en logistiek samen. Een dynamische omgeving bij een leuk bedrijf om voor te werken.
Vereisten:
- Je beschikt over een hbo-opleiding in een commerciële of logistieke richting.
- Je beheerst zowel de Nederlandse als de Engelse.
- Ervaring in een commerciële omgeving is een pré.
- Kennis van logistieke processen.
- Je werkt nauwkeurig en zelfstandig, maar schakelt ook graag met collega’s
- Je hebt ervaring met administratieve systemen, zoals ERP of WMS pakketten.
- Je houdt van organiseren, plannen en het overzicht te bewaren.
- Je bent communicatief sterk en houdt ervan om met klanten, collega's en leveranciers te schakelen.
- Je denkt in oplossingen.
- Je bent 32 of 40 uur per week beschikbaar.
