Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Execute assigned tasks and deliverables on time, lead demos, workshops, and presentations.
Business Analysis: Analyse data, translate business needs into solutions and support design with a focus on business value.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with teams and clients and gather requirements to align on goals and facilitate workshops.
Tooling & Systems: Configure and support tools like Jira and Confluence and maintain documentation and track changes.
Training & Support: Deliver user training and create support materials for clients and ensure smooth adoption through knowledge transfer.
Risk & Progress Tracking: Log progress, flag risks, and suggest improvements throughout the project.
Quality & Improvement: Ensure high-quality outputs and apply feedback provided by teams and clients. Share best practices and contribute to improvements.
Have at least 6 years of professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within a Statement of Work (SoW) environment
Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum on C1 level)
Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) from a recognised university.
Have proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting end-user training
Have Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence in project build, test, and launch phases
Have strong background in business analysis, with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions
Have solid understanding of Project Portfolio Management (PPM) principles
Are proficient in stakeholder management, communication, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities
Delivery Leadership & Execution: Oversee and execute project activities across transformation initiatives. Lead delivery of workshops, demos, and solution walk-throughs and ensure timely, high-quality completion of deliverables by your team.
Technical Analysis & Tooling: Lead and oversee the configuration and optimization of the IT tooling to support business and delivery workflows.
Process Design & Business Analysis: Map current/future-state processes and align them with technical solutions. Collaborate with your team to support solution design from a tooling perspective and document functional requirements and system configurations clearly.
Stakeholder Engagement & Training: Engage with business and technical teams to gather requirements and align expectations. Build trusted relationships across cross-functional teams.
Strategic & Commercial Contribution: Provide input on tooling strategy, roadmap development, and process improvement opportunities. Support identification of new needs and expansion opportunities and contribute to pre-sales, proposals, and strategic planning sessions as needed.
Quality, Risk & Continuous Improvement: Maintain high standards for documentation, configuration, and user experience. Monitor your team’s delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies and share lessons learned and drive continuous improvement across teams.
You are a perfect fit if you:Have at least 10 years of professional experience in IT project delivery, ideally within a Statement of Work (SoW) environment
Are fluent in both Dutch and English (minimum on C1 level)
Have a higher Education degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree) from a recognised university.
Have proven track record in facilitating workshops, delivering presentations, and conducting end-user training

Have strong customer focus and ability to spot and support business development opportunities
Have Business Analysis experience, preferably certifications a BCS Requirements engineering

**The Team**
Within the Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to drive longer term business direction, drive strategic business planning, improving operational efficiency and support execution of strategic priorities. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely across global strategy teams, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) teams and Hub counterparts to drive business planning, prioritisation and strategic projects.
