**EMEA NOS Demand Planner**
**The Team**
Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
**The Position**
As EMEA NOS Demand Planner, you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation team. You will be responsible for planning the demand of NOS product categories collaborating closely with DTC channels, Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams, EMEA merchandise planning, Supply planning and Merchandising to support sales, margin, and inventory goals of the NOS business. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the CK brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ **NOS Demand planning:** create an option level demand plan for NOS product categories, in partnership with Merchandising, DTC and Wholesale planning, and EMEA merchandise planning, to enable the commercial growth and inventory efficiency of the NOS business.
+ **Integrated Demand Planning (IDP):** Input into IDP process with NOS Product Category demand plans and growth strategies that will deliver on Sales & Margin targets. Partner closely with DTC channels and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams to ensure product demand plans reconcile against channel demand.
+ **Assortment productivity and lifecycle management** **:** Collaborate with DTC Buying, Merchandising and Wholesale Account teams to assess the NOS assortment (support phase in/phase out decisions), assess productivity of the line, segmentation, and customer needs across channels.
+ **Sell out / sell-in performance:** Track sell out performance and review sell-in performance across DTC and wholesale channels, incorporate insights into the demand plans to drive an effective NOS pull model.
+ **Supply optimization:** collaborate with supply planning and contribute to NOS inventory efficiency by providing accurate demand planning forecast and assortment productivity insights
+ **Delivery optimization:** collaborate with operations to contribute to NOS delivery performance and fast replenishment to DTC and Hubs.
+ **NOS stakeholder management:** ensure sharp communication to and engagement of key stakeholders on the NOS business across sell out, sell-in, demand plan drivers, assortment changes, assortment productivity and NOS inventory.

**About the role**
The Demand Planner is responsible for all SAP APO / OMP ADP statistical forecasting and data integrity activities. The planner will maintain baseline forecast and decide on building blocks to finalize the forecast, being on of the key inputs of monthly IBP process. The demand planner will own and drive statistical forecast accuracy, final forecast accuracy, Value Added Accuracy (Stat vs Naive, and Final vs Stat) performance to achieve targets. They will collaborate with commercial teams on history adjustments to drive robust statistical forecasts, and building block reconciliations to drive robust final forecast. The demand planner is responsible for data integrity, ensuring that the weekly forecast sent to Supply is applied to the correct sku/location.
**Role Responsibilities**
**1. Generate base line statistical demand forecast and building blocks, providing final forecast for at least 18 months rolling:**
+ Pro-actively works with IBP owning the statistical forecast and highlighting deviations to the shipment and/or depletion trends.
+ Use and maintain the SAP APO / OMP ADP softwares as the primary forecasting system tool
+ Collaborate with IBP on all forecast history cleaning activities including documenting adjustments and assumptions (market trends, seasonality, promotions).
+ Maintain statistical parameters for "best fit" model & generate a baseline at least 18 month rolling.
+ Finalize building blocks, deciding on incrementals/substractions versus statistical forecast
+ Maintain SAP APO/OMP ADP master data including CVC creation, disaggregation factors and attributes.
+ Analyze outliers through appropriate reports and make corrections.
+ Maintain all reports and visibility (pricing. promo, innovation, historical actuals, sales inputs, .) necessary to draw conclusions and make decisions on Building Blocks.
+ Reconcile actuals versus building block assumptions, driving continuous learning cycle to improve Building Block accuracy.
+ Support scenario planning for promotions, innovation and major events (duty, economics change, etc.) through stat analysis.
+ Provide reports and insights to stakeholders to increase the use of baseline forecast and assumptions behind building blocks.
**2. Provide key input to S&OP/IBP process**
+ Participate where relevant in S&OP process to align upon consensus forecast.
+ Review statistical forecast and building block inputs to Strategic Planning and AOP process and challenge projected growth based on historical trends.
+ Collaborate with IBP to conduct root cause analysis to identify drivers of forecast error and work together to take the necessary corrective action to drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy and bias performance.
**3. Continuously improve statistical forecasting and building blocks accuracy:**
+ Test and implement new models
+ Implement best practices
+ Support system developments
+ Reconcile actuals versus building block assumptions
**Experience, skills & capabilities required**
+ Significant experience working within the Demand and/or Supply Chain Planning process; Consumer Packaged Goods Industry preferred
+ Experience with advanced planning software within Supply Planning (SAP APO system and Business Intelligence/BW )

**The Position**
As NOS (Never Out of Stock) Demand Planner Outlet, you will be crucial to the Omni Planning & Allocation team, contributing to the development and execution of NOS Demand and inventory planning across the all Divisions for TH Outlet channel. You will work closely with Merch Planning counterparts, Trade, Buying and Branch Planning teams to ensure that there is plan alignment for NOS season for sales, margin, and that inventory targets are met. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
· Merchandise plan: Work with Planning and Buying to input NOS Merchandise Plan, including inventory buy targets, seasonal sales by option, and margin targets, to feed into wider merchandise planning and buying processes, and in close partnership with location & commercial planning and buying strategy.
· Seasonal reviews: Conduct seasonal NOS hind sighting & determine forward strategy for the product groups and options managed, in collaboration with buying counterparts
· NOS Demand Planning: Oversee & review monthly NOS option level demand plans, across all TH divisions, based on Sales trends, Store Stock levels, available DC inventory, and future inbound. Pass off sized monthly vendor purchase order to Planning Operations team for PO placement
· Monthly Buy quantification: Continuously review sizing of buy to quantify SKU-level volumes for monthly buy placement
· Allocation framework: Determine and continuously optimize NOS target stock levels and replenishment plans, in collaboration with Branch Planning and Allocation teams
· Open-to-buy: Inpit into the open-to-buy (WSSI monthly forecasting) process for NOS season and actively monitor in-season performance to identify opportunities and risks; propose and drive actions to maximize sales and profitability
· Excess stock: Ensure Merchandise plans account for absorption of End of Season & Divisional returns of NOS coded stock. Ensure in-Season absorption & allocation of Excess stock to targets, in partnership with Branch Planning & Allocation teams
· Promotion & phase out NOS markdown: Provide financial guardrails & prepare option level discounts for promotional activity and strategize markdowns for phased out NOS, in accordance with product group level targets and commercial decisions. Balance margin preservation with inventory clearance.
· Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency.

Als NOS Demand Planner bij de JOG Group (Garcia, CHASIN’ en Jeans Centre) zorg je ervoor dat populaire producten altijd op voorraad zijn, zowel online als in onze fysieke winkels. **The Team**
Within the Omni Planning & Allocation team, our mission is to drive commercial trade, financial planning, demand forecasting, and allocation & replenishment of inventory across all channels and categories, whilst setting strategic guardrails on product promotions and markdown decisions to maximize margin and profitability. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely with Buying/Merchandising, DTC Channel teams (eCom, FP, Outlet), Hubs, and Finance to ensure that all inventory and product decisions are aligned with company-wide planning and allocation decisions. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's operational efficiency, strategic growth, and overall success.
**The Position**
As EMEA Demand & Inventory Planner, you will be crucial to the Omni Planning and Allocation team. You will contribute to the Total EMEA seasonal demand forecasting and buy planning, for certain product categories or divisions, collaborating closely with DTC channels and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams to support sales, margin, and inventory goals. This role is vital for achieving the Omni Planning and Allocation objectives and your work will be key to the commercial success of the TH brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Long term planning: Provide insights to support long-range planning processes and support top-down seasonal sales, margin, and inventory plans and strategies to meet corporate financial targets.
Merchandise strategy: Collaborate with DTC Buying, Merchandising and Wholesale Account teams to align product category demand forecasts with seasonal product strategies.
Demand planning: Create EMEA option level demand plans for the seasonal product category, in partnership with Merchandising counterparts, improving accuracy of sell in vs forecast.
Integrated Demand Planning (IDP): Input into IDP process with seasonal Product Category demand plans and growth strategies that will deliver on Sales & Margin targets. Partner closely with DTC channels and Hubs/Wholesale Key Account Planning teams to ensure product demand plans reconcile against channel demand.
Range planning: Contribute demand insights into the seasonal range planning process, reviewing option counts, volume segmentation, and customer needs across channels.
Buy quantification: Support in quantifying seasonal buy recommendations for Mainline and the pass off of consolidated, sized buys to Planning Operations team.
Continuous improvement: Implement and exploit new systems and processes to continually increase team efficiency.
