**Wat je in deze functie gaat doen**
Als klantadviseur kom je te werken bij de afdeling Customer Interaction Center. Vrijwel alle handelingen rond een lease- en financieringscontract zijn toevertrouwd aan dit hechte kleine team. Je onderhoudt de contacten met dealers en klanten. Indien nodig zet je de vraag door naar Afdeling Finance waar ze de klant verder helpen.
Je draagt zorg aan het informeren over lease-, financierings- en verzekeringsvormen. Ook ondersteun je de backoffice bij de administratieve afwikkeling. Je handelt e-mail en binnenkomende telefoontjes af van klanten. Met je opgebouwde kennis van processen analyseer je de klantvraag en beantwoord je deze naar juistheid. Zijn er vragen die meer analyse nodig hebben, kun je beroep doen op het team binnen BMW die de klantvraag overneemt.
Het aanvragen van een VOG is verplicht. Deze moet binnen zes weken aangeleverd zijn.

**Role Overview:**
We are seeking a visionary and experienced Chief Architect to lead our architectural strategy and execution in the Banking and Financial Services domain. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern business platform architecture, including enterprise architecture views, hybrid Cloud strategies, IT4IT platforms, Generative AI, Agentic AI, and upcoming technologies. This role will be pivotal in driving our clients' digital transformation, and ensuring building resilient, fit for future modern business platforms having alignment of technology solutions with business objectives. This role will directly work with our strategic customers as technology partner and drive technology thought leadership.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Architectural Leadership: Provide strategic direction and leadership in the development and implementation of architectural frameworks and solutions that support the Banking and Financial Services domain. Understanding of TOGAF and modern architecture patterns.
+ Modern Business Platforms: Design and oversee the implementation of modern business platforms, including front to back business / IT platforms that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
+ Cloud Strategy: Develop and execute cloud strategies that leverage the latest technologies and best practices to ensure scalability, security, compliancy and cost-efficiency.
+ IT4IT Platforms: Implement IT4IT platforms to streamline IT operations, improve service delivery, engineering and enhance overall IT governance.
+ Generative AI and Agentic AI: Lead the integration of Generative AI and Agentic AI technologies to drive innovation, improve decision-making, and enhance operational efficiency.
+ Technology Roadmap: Being a CTO/CIO advisor to drive / define IT Strategy, develop and maintain a technology roadmap that aligns with business goals and anticipates future technology trends and disruptions.
+ Collaboration: Work closely with business leaders, IT teams, and external partners to ensure the successful delivery of architectural solutions.
+ Innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by staying abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, and by promoting continuous learning and experimentation within the team. Work with delivery and commercial team to drive customer oriented innovation ideas to bring value.
+ Governance: Establish and enforce architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and compliance across all projects.
**Experience and Qualifications:**
+ **Education:** Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
+ **Experience:** Minimum of 15 years of experience in IT architecture, with at least 10 years in a leadership role within the Financial Services domain. Possessing a robust network of contacts and presence in professional organizations and industry forum. International experience supporting or driving global initiatives is a plus.
+ **Technical Expertise:** Deep understanding of modern business platform architecture, including Omni-experience and business platforms (like CRM, Finance, Core banking, Payment, Lending, Cards, Wealth Management)
+ **Cloud Platforms:** Proven experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
+ **AI Technologies:** Strong knowledge of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and AI-driven automation.
+ Data Strategy and platforms
+ IT4IT platforms, Developer Productivity, Security and upcoming new technologies.
+ **Leadership:** Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams, manage complex stakeholders, technology leadership and drive organizational change. Experience in building results-oriented, high-performing consulting teams or organizations recognized for excellence. + **Communication:** Excellent consultative communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
+ **Problem-Solving:** Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of developing innovative solutions to complex challenges.
+ **Certifications:** Relevant certifications in cloud architecture, AI, or IT governance are a plus.
