Als data-architect ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ontwerpen en implementeren van data-architectuuroplossingen die voldoen aan de strategische behoeften van Fugro en ervoor zorgen dat de data van Fugro nauwkeurig, toegankelijk, veilig en herbruikbaar zijn. Deze rol houdt in dat je nauw samenwerkt met data-engineers, analisten en andere belanghebbenden om ervoor te zorgen dat data op een manier wordt gestructureerd, geïntegreerd en toegankelijk is die de bedrijfsdoelstellingen ondersteunt.

• Je ontwikkelt en onderhoudt de algehele data-architectuurstrategie en zorgt voor afstemming op de bedrijfsdoelen;
  
  
• Je ontwerpt enimplementeert data-integratieoplossingen om data uit verschillende bronnen te consolideren in een uniforme architectuur;
  
  
• Je creëert en onderhoudt conceptuele en logische datamodellen ter ondersteuning van datawarehousing, data lake en andere dataopslagoplossingen;
  
  
• Je zorgtvoor naleving van data governance-beleid en best practices, inclusief databeveiliging en privacyregelgeving zoals AVG;
  
  
• Je evalueert en adviseert datamanagementtechnologieën, tools en platforms om dataverwerking en -opslag te optimaliseren;
  
  
• Je bewaakt en optimaliseert data-architecturen voor prestaties, schaalbaarheid en betrouwbaarheid.

• Je hebt een BSc- of MSc-diploma in computerwetenschappen, datawetenschap, informatietechnologie of een gerelateerd vakgebied;
  
  
• Je hebt minimaal 6 jaar ervaring in data-architectuur, data-engineering of een gerelateerd vakgebied. Je hebt ook ervaring met cloud-dataplatforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud);
  
  
• Je hebt kennisvan ETL-processen en -tools en bent bekend met programmeertalen zoals SQL, Python en Java;
  
  
• Je bent gecertificeerd in data-architectuur of een gerelateerd vakgebied (TOGAF of CDMP);
  
  
• Je hebt sterkecommunicatie- en stakeholdermanagementvaardigheden;
  
  
• Je hebt uitstekende Engelse taalvaardigheden, zowel schriftelijk als mondeling. Idealiter spreekt u ook nog een andere Europese taal.

Are you passionate about complex data correlation and monitoring large application landscape to empower Swisscom with valuable insights and ensure the stability of the vital IT-Processes?

Your job is to transform data into useful insights by developing an end-to-end monitoring solution for Swisscom, backed by a state-of-the-art Big Data technology stack. Collecting, merging and analyzing data streams from dozens of systems efficiently and in real-time expands your field of work. As a DevOps enthusiast, you will implement and operate your containerised microservices in our private and public clouds and strive for relentless improvements in performance and availability.

• Development of comprehensive end-to-end solutions encompassing frontend, backend, and machine learning

• Be part of a Team developing E2E strategy product helping Swisscom stability

• Together we bring light into the darkness and have a lasting impact on the availability of the most important Swisscom business processes

• Backend Developer with experience in Spring Boot and the Spring Framework , along with extensive experience in designing and implementing Microservices architectures.

• Proficient in Kafka for developing Event-Driven architectures, as well as extensive experience in developing RESTful APIs .

• Deep understanding of Big Data technologies and frameworks such as Spark, Kafka, or Flink.  

• Experience in programming streaming pipelines and real-time data processing.

• Working knowledge with traditional SQL or NoSQL (Mongo, Elastic) databases

• Strong knowledge of machine learning

• Enthusiastic and flexible self-starter with a desire to learn

• AWS knowledge is a plus
