We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Business Data Analysis Intern** to join our **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** team. In this role, you will support the monthly reporting and analysis of _Sales Out_ and _Inventory_ data submitted by Fluke's channel partners. You will work closely with the FP&A team to ensure data quality, identify business opportunities, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Rework and process monthly _Sales Out_ and _Inventory_ reports received from Fluke's channel partners.
+ Analyze submitted data to identify quality defects, inconsistencies, and potential business opportunities.
+ Participate in ongoing projects to optimize and automate reporting processes, including:
+ Leveraging and enhancing the RPA bot developed in 2024.

**The Team**
Within the Strategy & Operations team, our mission is to drive longer term business direction, drive strategic business planning, improving operational efficiency and support execution of strategic priorities. This position's team serves as the backbone of our department, collaborating closely across global strategy teams, Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) teams and Hub counterparts to drive business planning, prioritisation and strategic projects. With an integral position in the team, the role contributes significantly to the department's strategic growth, and overall success.
**The Position**
As the Director of Business Strategy, you will play a pivotal and highly visible role in shaping the long-term growth and strategic direction of Tommy Hilfiger (TH) EMEA. You will be at the forefront of identifying high-impact business opportunities, leveraging deep market insights, and conducting thorough competitive analysis to inform senior leadership's decisions. Your work will directly enable evidence-based decision-making, ensuring the organization remains agile and responsive to emerging trends and market shifts. In this capacity, you will lead the development of actionable strategic roadmaps, prioritizing initiatives that align with the broader goals of TH EMEA and drive innovation to address complex business challenges. + Manage strategic planning cycle: Manage process and milestones in line with Global and Regional counterparts. Lead the work of TH EMEA strategic process and milestones, facilitating a pro-active approach to strategy which ensures an aligned strategic business plan to guide the organization

**The opportunity**
This is a role inside multifaceted center of excellence, which is instrumental to the execution of our strategic roadmap and is setting up to build and accelerate two core capabilities: Strategic Workforce Planning and People Analytics.
As the Strategic Workforce Planning & Analytics Lead (SWP & A) you are a vital partner and consultant within the global organization. You will be responsible for driving workforce planning and reporting processes to ensure that client units have the appropriate size, shape, talent, skills, and capabilities to meet both current and future business needs.

**How you'll spend your day**
- Co-develop and implement global workforce planning processes, systems, best practices and frameworks
