LLM & Cloud Engineer

The Data, Analytics & AI (DNA) value stream is dedicated to supporting data- and AI-driven decision making across Swisscom. With over 350 team members based in Switzerland, the Netherlands, and Latvia, we're advancing Swisscom's capabilities in Data, Analytics, and AI. The DNA team contributes to developing essential platforms like Swisscom Data Warehouse, Swisscom Big Data Platform and our new stack which is called One Data Platform. **Responsibilities**
**What you'll do**
· In collaboration with the sales teams, the ACE is responsible for the customer lifecycle from project concept through follow-up, including closing the deal. The ACE will coordinate the technical activities for the allocated customers.
· In a technical advisory role, learn about Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure with a focus on Database Platform services, and help customers understand how they can leverage it to solve their business problems or achieve their goals.
· You will work directly with customers and our sales teams and be engaged in our cloud engineering activities, such as:
o Performing solution demonstration & proof of concepts.
o Delivering hands-on workshops.
o Technical due diligence.
o Work with the ACE to ensure customer adoption health & customer experience.
o Creating new industry-focused solution innovations.

Are you a Technologist with deep expertise in Cloud Operations? We're looking for Cloud Operations experts to help our customers achieve operational excellence at scale with their AWS cloud environments. As a Specialist Technical Account Manager (STAM), you act as a Cloud Operations Architect for your designated technology domain. You'll provide strategic guidance to customers on implementing robust operational practices, cloud financial management capabilities, and observability solutions, applying your knowledge of best practices to enhance architectural health, optimize cloud resources, and allow customers to get the most out of their AWS implementation.
You'll help customers navigate complex operational challenges through the AWS Observability Ambassador Program principles, design resilient cloud architectures that meet performance standards, and implement effective monitoring and optimization controls. You'll guide customers through the lens of Cloud Financial Management (CFM) framework, helping them combine tools, processes, and practices to plan, manage, and optimize cloud costs while enabling innovation and scaling to meet business objectives within budget.
This is a post-sales advisory role within our Enterprise Support team, where you can further develop your technical, leadership, and consulting skills while working with organizations facing sophisticated cloud operations challenges. You'll leverage Cloud Optimization best practices, guidance, and solutions, including AWS Well-Architected Framework, AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS Health and Operations Reviews to help customers maximize the value they derive from AWS.
The AWS Global Support team interacts with leading companies and believes that world-class support is critical to customer success, especially when navigating the evolving landscape of cloud operations. AWS Support also partners with a global list of customers that are building mission-critical applications on top of AWS services while maintaining efficient and optimized cloud environments.
AWS Sales, Marketing, and Global Services (SMGS) is responsible for driving revenue, adoption, and growth from the largest and fastest growing small- and mid-market accounts to enterprise-level customers including public sector and other regulated industries. Key job responsibilities
- Provide customers with deep technical expertise in your domain to achieve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Generalist Technical Account Managers, Solutions Architects, Account Managers and Customer Solutions Manager to ideate around your customers' most challenging business problems.
- Act as a trusted advisor to line of business and C-suite leaders.
- Lead architectural reviews and workshops to advance your customer's technical objectives.
- Act as a thought leader sharing best practices through forums such as AWS blogs, whitepapers, reference architectures and public-speaking events such as AWS Summit, AWS re: Invent, etc. Participate as a leader in AWS Technical Field communities.
- Educate and Advice customers on the value proposition of AWS Services and Support products, and participate in architectural discussions to ensure solutions are designed for successful deployment in the cloud.
- Provide data and anecdotes on what is working and what is not back to the larger specialist community and product teams. Act as primary point of contact for urgent customer issues in your technical specialty.
