Over de Rol

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, data science or similar technical field of study

  • Programming: Experience in developing in Python and familiarity with other programming/scripting languages (e.g., Spark)

  • 2-5 years of relevant industry experience in software engineering , API design (REST APIs) and microservices architecture

  • Cloud & DevOps:

    • Hands-on experience with AWS services (e.g., Bedrock, Glue, Databrew, Athena, QuickSight, SageMaker)

Over de rol:

Als ervaren en gedreven Cloud Engineer op onze afdeling Managed Services draag je dagelijks bij aan het optimaal inzetten van Ekco diensten bij onze klanten. Dat doe je o.A. door het beantwoorden van complexe vragen, doorvoeren van changes en het verhelpen van verstoringen. Uiteraard vangen de collega’s van de Servicedesk al veel werk voor je af zodat jij je kunt concentreren op de uitdagende elementen van het werk. Daarnaast ben je als onderdeel van het klantteam inhoudelijke gesprekspartner voor de IT’ers en stakeholders bij onze klanten om de huidige omgevingen te optimaliseren. Al met al een veelzijdige rol waarin je dagelijks bezig bent met Microsoft producten uit de M365 suite, Azure en aanverwante security diensten.

**What you'll do**
· In collaboration with the sales teams, the ACE is responsible for the customer lifecycle from project concept through follow-up, including closing the deal. The ACE will coordinate the technical activities for the allocated customers.
· In a technical advisory role, learn about Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure with a focus on Database Platform services, and help customers understand how they can leverage it to solve their business problems or achieve their goals.

We're looking for Cloud Operations experts to help our customers achieve operational excellence at scale with their AWS cloud environments. As a Specialist Technical Account Manager (STAM), you act as a Cloud Operations Architect for your designated technology domain. You'll provide strategic guidance to customers on implementing robust operational practices, cloud financial management capabilities, and observability solutions, applying your knowledge of best practices to enhance architectural health, optimize cloud resources, and allow customers to get the most out of their AWS implementation.
You'll help customers navigate complex operational challenges through the AWS Observability Ambassador Program principles, design resilient cloud architectures that meet performance standards, and implement effective monitoring and optimization controls. You'll guide customers through the lens of Cloud Financial Management (CFM) framework, helping them combine tools, processes, and practices to plan, manage, and optimize cloud costs while enabling innovation and scaling to meet business objectives within budget.
This is a post-sales advisory role within our Enterprise Support team, where you can further develop your technical, leadership, and consulting skills while working with organizations facing sophisticated cloud operations challenges. You'll leverage Cloud Optimization best practices, guidance, and solutions, including AWS Well-Architected Framework, AWS Trusted Advisor, AWS Health and Operations Reviews to help customers maximize the value they derive from AWS.
