Wij zoeken
- Je hebt een afgeronde hbo-opleiding, bij voorkeur in Informatiekunde, Bedrijfsinformatica, Bedrijfskunde of een vergelijkbare richting;

Wat ga je als Senior Cloud Architect doen?
Met het Copaco Cloud team werken we al jaren aan een innovatieve cloud-omgeving voor onze klanten, waarvoor we al diverse onderscheidingen hebben mogen ontvangen. Dit hebben we bereikt mede dankzij een professioneel team van engineers. Dit team is flink gegroeid de afgelopen jaren Voor het research en development (R&D) team zijn wij momenteel op zoek naar een Senior Cloud Architect die verantwoordelijk is voor het design (architectuur) van de cloud omgeving, het initiëren van verbeteringen, troubleshouting en het ontwerpen en bouwen van nieuwe functionaliteiten. In deze rol word je ook de rechterhand van onze CTO.
Als Senior Cloud Architect kom je te werken in ons multi-datacenter met complexe infrastructuren, bestaande uit server hardware, virtualisatie elementen, network devices, storage subsystemen, monitoring tools en configuratie management tools.
Deze functie bevat uitdagende verantwoordelijkheden, zoals:
- Het designen, implementeren, monitoren en zorgen voor het tijdig trouble shooten binnen een geavanceerde IT infrastructuur,
- Het managen van de lifecycle van server, storage en network hardware,
- Het automatiseren van taken, waarbij gebruik wordt gemaakt van "state of the art" configuratie management tools,

**Wat ga je als IT Architect bij Defensie doen?**
Jij helpt onze klant, het Ministerie van Defensie, bij het opleveren van grootschalige IT-projecten en het introduceren van innovaties. Als IT Architect ben je de spil tussen de functionele behoefte van de eindgebruiker en de technische oplossing van de IT-afdeling.
Je vertaalt eisen in oplossingen, waarbij je verschillende alternatieven overweegt en je keuzes vastlegt. Hiervoor stem je vaak af met de opdrachtgever, andere architecten en product specialisten. Je staat open voor de inbreng van anderen, maar begrijpt het belang van werken onder architectuur en bent in staat om verschillende inzichten te verenigen. Je denkt in kansen en oplossingen, en verliest daarbij de risico's en impact niet uit het oog.
Je ondersteunt de Domein Architect bij het integrale ontwerp van de IT Services en bent verantwoordelijk voor delen van de oplossing. Je verantwoordelijkheden bestaan uit het:
+ Ontwerpen en implementeren van complexe IT-oplossingen.
+ Documenteren van de oplossing.
+ Begeleiden van project- & supportteams tijdens de realisatie.

We verwachten dat je innovatief bent en op strategisch en conceptueel niveau de juiste ontwerpen kunt maken. Je brengt ook voldoende detail aan om deze ontwerpen om te zetten naar realiteit.
**Waar ga je werken?**
Als jouw nieuwe thuisbasis zijn er verschillende werklocaties binnen Defensie waar gewerkt wordt in het midden van het land. Deels thuiswerken behoort tot de mogelijkheden. Ook zal je af en toe op kantoor bij Kyndryl Nederland in Hoofddorp werken, waar onze Kyndryl Social Club regelmatig informele en inspirerende activiteiten organiseert.
