The Mitsui Chemicals Group has a centuries-long history, dating back to 1912. We are looking for a Sales & Business Development Manager to expand our Sales team. Are you commercially-driven, enthusiastic and do you have a proven track record in sales & business development? Developing new business in the automotive sector or at OEM's by visiting customers, working closely together with them to identify key needs and building long lasting relationships;

Als Business Development Manager ben jij de aanjager van groei en vernieuwing binnen Facilicom Solutions. Jij zorgt dat we tijdig inspelen op ontwikkelingen in de markt, verkent nieuwe kansen en vertaalt deze naar concrete proposities. Je volgt actief trends en ontwikkelingen, kent de spelers in het veld en weet nieuwe mogelijkheden te spotten, vaak al voordat de aanbesteding is uitgeschreven.
Je analyseert marktbehoeften, signaleert groeisegmenten en werkt samen met collega’s aan het ontwikkelen, testen en valideren van innovatieve oplossingen. Daarmee ben jij een belangrijke strategische schakel tussen klantbehoefte en ons interne aanbod, en draag je bij aan de positionering van Facilicom als vooruitstrevende IFM-partner.
