We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive **Business Data Analysis Intern** to join our **Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A)** team. In this role, you will support the monthly reporting and analysis of _Sales Out_ and _Inventory_ data submitted by Fluke's channel partners. You will work closely with the FP&A team to ensure data quality, identify business opportunities, and contribute to process improvements and automation initiatives.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Rework and process monthly _Sales Out_ and _Inventory_ reports received from Fluke's channel partners.
+ Analyze submitted data to identify quality defects, inconsistencies, and potential business opportunities.
+ Participate in ongoing projects to optimize and automate reporting processes, including:
+ Leveraging and enhancing the RPA bot developed in 2024.

We are looking for a Service Manager Data & Process Analysis to provide support to the European Space Agency in achieving their digital transformation and reporting objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of the Data and Process Analytics service while also dedicating a major portion of time to hands-on delivery tasks.
The Service Manager will lead a team of 5-6 staff divided between ESTEC and ESRIN in performing the tasks across the 3 work packages. These tasks will be performed within the HIF Directorate at ESTEC, Noordwijk, The Netherlands, in close coordination with internal stakeholders and business units.

The Information Technology Department and Digital Transformation Office is responsible of the delivery and evolution of the common IT systems and services of the Agency and is responsible of operating these systems in compliance with ESA Admin Instructions and Standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the analytics service team across the 3 Work Packages.
- Engage with ESA stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of KPIs and dashboards.

Requirements:
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline;

**Je functie**

What will you be doing?
- Produce/ take care of existing visual KPI-driven reports and dashboards for team members and management on a daily/weekly/monthly basis
- Analyze data to pro-actively identify pain points and growth opportunities within the customer journey and advise how to improve business performance.
- Continuously improve data strategy by automating processes and integrating data sources.
- Collaborate with IT departments on implementing and continuously improving marketing applications based on business needs
- Identify and follow up with reporting or system related incidents based on priorities
- Provide reliable (ad hoc) analyses to support short term business decisions.
- Build and improve marketing analytics reports and tools together with developers and other data experts
Working environment
The Marketing Analytics Team is a hybrid team that works closely with the other Marketing teams as well as with analysts in Sales and Operations. The company is challenging, dynamic and keeps moving so fast that not a single day would look the same. About you
- Master degree in economics, business, marketing or related field
- 3+ years in the field of Marketing Analytics or a similar role
- Strong capability to connect business process and concepts with complex data sets and identify analyzing approach
- Proficient in using data analysis, reporting and visualization tools: Power BI, Excel etc.
- Bonus point: able to query in relational database using SQL
- Bonus point: familiar with digital marketing platforms and Google Analytics
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task on various initiatives while upholding quality and product integrity
- Exceptional oral and written communication with the ability to visualize data insights and create a storyline that captures the audience.
- Self-starter with the ability to collaborate across teams and parts of the organization to deliver results.
- Business acumen to quickly understand business objectives and key results and the way all parts of the company work together to realize our ambitions.
- Creative approach and a ‘experiment and learn’ mindset.
- Thrive in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of their work
- Excellent level of English both in speaking and in writing

Position Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and business-savvy IT Business Analyst with 5 years of experience to join our team in Amsterdam. You will play a critical role in supporting the company’s strategic transformation by identifying improvement opportunities in business processes, increasing data reliability and usage, and contributing to the adoption of automation and AI technologies.
This role will act as a bridge between business units and IT, ensuring technology solutions align with organizational goals. You’ll collaborate closely with the CEO, COO, IT, Commercial, Finance, and Operations teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and optimize core business processes across departments (operations, commercial, finance, etc.)
- Gather and document business requirements, translating them into clear functional specifications
- Evaluate and recommend IT systems and solutions that drive efficiency and automation
- Lead or support the implementation of business applications and digital tools (e.g. ERP, BI platforms, RPA, AI-based solutions)

Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Eng. (IT Systems branch), or related field
- 5–9 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a complex, process-driven environment
- Proven experience in digital transformation projects or process automation initiatives
- Familiarity with the shipping, logistics, or chemical sectors is a strong plus
- Strong understanding of business process modeling, data flows, and system integration
- Experience with ERP systems, BI tools, data analytics platforms, or AI adoption
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent in English; Dutch is a plus but not required
