+ You will work on the design & execution of brand campaigns, both in retail and e-commerce (media, digital, CRM, displays, PR);
+ You will lead campaigns briefs (regional campaign localization or local campaign build-up) & follow up on execution with your agency partners;
+ You will co-develop deployment presentations of our upcoming product launches;
+ You will organize internal events;
+ Your overall mission will be to grow the category value and the market share of the brand you will be working on, by touching and convincing more consumers to opt for your brand, suggesting strategic choices in terms of overall brand strategy, trial, media & communication plans, and driving it perfectly.

**De stage**
We zijn op zoek naar een stagiaire Brand Management om ons Marketing team te versterken. Dit is een functie waarin je de Brand Manager ondersteunt in het opzetten van baanbrekende campagnes en gedurfde ideeën tot leven brengt. In onze dynamische omgeving zal je snel leren hoe zowel Brand Management in elkaar steekt als Trade Marketing, waarbij de brug geslagen wordt tussen marketing en sales. **Wat ga je doen?**
In deze stagefunctie zal je onder andere verantwoordelijk zijn voor:
+ Het coördineren en aanleveren van alle assets en marketingmaterialen voor alle retailers binnen de bijbehorende timings.

**Position:**
As the complexity of decisions is increasing, strategic project/program management is critical to drive business outcomes and mitigate related unnecessary risk. This Senior Manager Project Management will focus on building ongoing management of critical CK brand enabler projects and cross-brand project/portfolio dependencies.
CK Brand enabling projects are focused on large scale business transformative initiatives. This role will ensure effective strategic portfolio management to drive business outcomes. The Sr. Manager will manage multiple projects and technical leaders working in roles across PVH guiding a mix of PVH associates and external resources.
The Sr. Manager will manage and/or oversee multiple cross-functional project teams focused on the Brand Ecosystem and landscape to ensure the necessary processes, visibility, and governance are in place to drive success. The role will be accountable to drive financial ownership of project Capital Expenditure Requests, Operating Expenditure Request at regular cadence.
This role requires a results driven leader, passionate about applying functional project management leadership, fostering technology and brand enablement. This leader will have proven experience in driving transformational projects on a global scale while positioning the company to continuously evaluate and incorporate emerging technologies in the space of Product Lifecycle Management, VisuaL Line Planning, Range & Assortment Planning. The role requires a strong ability to build a network and influence senior, cross-functional leaders to collectively plan/prioritize, resolve issues, co-create & implement business strategies. This individual will empower team members to make recommendations, provide input and drive change within a highly collaborative environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Responsible for Overall Project budget reporting and visibility
+ Review, manage, and resolve resource assignments/constraints on inter-dependent projects that are Brand Enablers. Guide Project Leads with methods for assessing comprehensiveness and accuracy of project planning and resource requirements.
+ Facilitates recognition and ownership for project driven change and adoption needs across the brand, technology and regional organizations.

Job Description
+ Define and own the product roadmap for embedded software features and platforms.
+ Work closely with technical team to support key customer programs.
+ Translate market needs and customer feedback into detailed product requirements and user stories.
+ Collaborate closely with engineering, hardware, QA, and design teams to ensure successful development and delivery.
+ Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes using data-driven insights and business value.
+ Lead security-related initiatives, ensuring embedded products meet industry-recognized certification standards (e.g., PSA Certified, IEC 62443, ISO/SAE 21434, etc.).
+ Serve as the voice of the customer throughout the product lifecycle.
+ Monitor and analyze competitive landscape and industry trends to inform product strategy.
+ Act as a product expert, providing support to sales, marketing, and customer support teams.
+ Manage release planning, product documentation, and go-to-market strategies.
+ Ensure regulatory and compliance requirements are integrated into product design and development
Qualifications
**Required:**
+ Strong understanding of embedded software development (RTOS, C/C++, microcontrollers, firmware, etc.).
+ Experience working with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
+ Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
+ Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
**Preferred:**
+ Experience in industries such as automotive, industrial automation, IoT, medical devices, or consumer electronics.
+ Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Git, and requirements management systems.
+ Understanding of hardware-software integration and testing.
