Dit ga je doen

Een goed begin is het halve werk. Daarom start je bij QISS IT met een intensieve bootcamp van drie weken. Tijdens deze periode word je klaargestoomd met praktische IT-trainingen én soft skills-sessies. Je behaalt meteen je eerste twee certificaten: MS-900 en AZ-900. Zo leg je een sterke basis voor jouw carrière in de IT.

Na de bootcamp is het tijd voor het echte werk. Je gaat op detacheringsbasis aan de slag bij verschillende opdrachtgevers in de regio Den Haag, Rotterdam, Amsterdam of Utrecht, afhankelijk van jouw woonplaats. De eerste opdrachten zijn gericht op oriëntatie: ontdekken wat de IT-wereld allemaal te bieden heeft, de basis onder de knie krijgen en praktijkervaring opdoen met systemen en processen.

Na 7 maanden kijk je samen met je Talentmanager welke richting het beste bij jou past. Kies je voor de Big Data-track, dan werk je samen toe naar een rol als bijvoorbeeld Data Analist, Business Intelligence Consultant of Data Engineer. Samen stel je een persoonlijk ontwikkelplan op, gericht op jouw groei. Je volgt gerichte trainingen, behaalt relevante certificaten en doet praktijkervaring binnen Big Data Alles is erop gericht om jou te laten ontwikkelen tot een professionele en veelzijdige IT'er met een focus op organiseren, coördineren en samenwerken.

En het mooie is: je staat er niet alleen voor. Naast je Talentmanager krijg je ook begeleiding van een IT-coach. Samen ondersteunen zij jou zowel op professioneel als persoonlijk vlak, zodat jij kunt groeien op een manier die écht bij je past. Win-win

Dit bieden wij

Bij QISS IT start je niet in zomaar een traineeship, maar in een traject vol kansen. Vanaf dag één krijg je betaald – zelfs tijdens tijdens de bootcamp van drie weken. Je ontvangt een contract met baangarantie en er ligt een duidelijk ontwikkelplan voor je klaar.

Director of Data & Analytics at Booking.com. The Director of Data and Analytics will lead the data and analytics function within Customer Service (CS) while contributing to the broader analytics craft across the organisation. This role is responsible for laying the foundational data capabilities that power AI agents to handle customer service queries securely, efficiently, and at scale. It requires leadership of data pipelines, high-quality inputs, and deep insight generation, enabling an AI-first vision and data-driven decision making across CS and beyond.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Engineering, Economics, or related field. MBA or advanced quantitative degree strongly preferred.
• Experience: 10+ years in data analytics, data science, or BI; substantial senior leadership experience (3–5+ years); background in large-scale customer service or similar environments is desirable.
• Technical Mastery: advanced analytics, statistical modeling, ML/AI concepts applied to CS; proficiency in SQL, Python, R; experience with data visualization (Tableau, Power BI); experience with VoC programs and customer insight platforms is a plus.
• Data Strategy & Governance: ability to define and implement robust data strategy and governance, ensuring data quality, privacy, and compliance; experience partnering with ML/AI teams to deploy insights at scale.
• Leadership & Talent: track record of building and developing senior analytics teams; experience in talent management, mentorship, and career development frameworks.
• CS Domain Knowledge: familiarity with CS strategy, operations, and analytics-driven experience improvements; experience with omni-channel and GenAI adoption is valuable.
• Stakeholder Management & Communication: strong ability to influence, partner with senior leaders, and present clear data-driven narratives to diverse audiences.
