Als Researcher initieer, coördineer en voer je de innovatie- en researchprojecten uit. Jij versterkt ons vooral bij ontwikkelingen gericht op het toepassen en ontwikkelen van data-science methodes en tools (zoals: diverse vormen van kunstmatig intelligentie, ontwikkelen van data-management systemen). Dit raakt zowel het ontwerpproces van de jachten en zijn systemen, maar ook de serviceontwikkeling van Feadship.

Je hebt ruime ervaring met programmeertalen en (vormgeven van) verandertrajecten. In je werk ga je de achtergrondstudie naar onderliggende fysica niet uit de weg en zet telkens een stap verder. Je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met scheepsontwerp, gerelateerde wetenschap en/of komt uit een engineering/design omgeving.

Als Researcher (Data-Science & AI) begrijp je de brede context waarbinnen we ons werk doen en vertaal je het werk van abstract idee naar concrete implementatie. Je bent de aanjager van deze verbeteringen en krijgt ruimte om richting te geven. Jouw aandeel in de bouw van een Feadship
Wij zoeken bij Feadship | De Voogt Naval Architects in Hoofddorp een Researcher voor onze afdeling Knowledge & Innovation.
Feadship is een samenwerkingsverband van toonaangevende bedrijven in de superjachtbouw. We behoren tot de wereldtop en bestrijken de volledige levenscyclus van onze jachten: van het eerste ontwerp tot engineering, bouw, refits en doorverkoop. Innovatie en vakmanschap staan in alle fases centraal.
De afdeling Knowledge & Innovation binnen De Voogt Naval Architects initieert, coördineert en stimuleert innovatie binnen de gehele Feadship organisatie. Centraal staat de ontwikkeling van het Feadship-product en de processen (zoals ontwerp-, engineering-, productie- en serviceprocessen).

Dit ga je doen als Researcher (Data-Science & AI) | Hoofddorp
Als Researcher initieer, coördineer en voer je de innovatie- en researchprojecten uit. Jij versterkt ons vooral bij ontwikkelingen gericht op het toepassen en ontwikkelen van data-science methodes en tools (zoals: diverse vormen van kunstmatig intelligentie, ontwikkelen van data-management systemen). Dit raakt zowel het ontwerpproces van de jachten en zijn systemen, maar ook de serviceontwikkeling van Feadship.
Je hebt ruime ervaring met programmeertalen en (vormgeven van) verandertrajecten. In je werk ga je de achtergrondstudie naar onderliggende fysica niet uit de weg en zet telkens een stap verder. Je hebt ervaring en affiniteit met scheepsontwerp, gerelateerde wetenschap en/of komt uit een engineering/design omgeving.
Als Researcher (Data-Science & AI) begrijp je de brede context waarbinnen we ons werk doen en vertaal je het werk van abstract idee naar concrete implementatie. Je bent de aanjager van deze verbeteringen en krijgt ruimte om richting te geven. Essentieel voor deze coördinerende rol binnen Feadship zijn heldere communicatie en het kritisch afwegen van belangen.
Je rapporteert aan de Team Leader Research & Development en je werkt samen met diverse stakeholders binnen de gehele Feadship organisatie.

Dit breng je mee

• Een afgeronde relevante opleiding en WO werk- en denkniveau is vereist met een brede kennis en interesse;
• +7 jaar werkervaring binnen engineering, design, scheepsbouw, lucht- en ruimtevaarttechniek of werktuigbouwkunde;
• Je werkt methodisch & gestructureerd en bent creatief & innoverend;
• Goede sociale en communicatieve vaardigheden;
• Systeem modellering software/codering skills zijn gewenst (Python/Matlab/Simulink of equivalent);
• Uitstekende beheersing van de Engelse taal, Nederlands is pré

Goede arbeidsvoorwaarden, zoals
