About the Role:
Arrow GC is seeking a proactive and experienced HR Advisor, with a specialization in Absenteeism management, to join our team at the Sevenum warehouse. This role is pivotal in driving HR excellence, supporting managers, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic and operational HR support while fostering a positive and compliant work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Advisory & Partnership:

• Drive communication and change management initiatives to support organizational growth.

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

HR Operations & Metrics:

• Act as a liaison with the HR Shared Services Center for payroll, benefits, and leave management.

• Oversee absenteeism processes, conduct exit interviews, and analyze turnover data.

• Take ownership of key HR metrics, identify root causes, and implement corrective measures as needed.

Policy Execution & Best Practices:

• Ensure the professional execution of corporate HR policies and programs.

• Share best practices and learnings across the HR network to enhance cross-functional collaboration.

Strategic HR Partnership:

• Partner with other HR functions to ensure seamless operations and alignment of HR practices with business needs.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant HR experience, including experience in Absenteeism in a logistical/industrial environment

• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.

• Proven ability to build trustful relationships with stakeholders, including works councils.

• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and coaching skills.

• Fluent English language is a must, additional German language is a plus

Dit ga je doen

Je dag begint rond 04:00 in het distributiecentrum van Lidl in Weert. Met een elektrische pompwagen zet je alle pallets vol gekoelde en ongekoelde producten op z’n plek in jouw trailer. Klaar? Dan kun je de weg op! 

In deze functie rij je vooral overdag. Gemiddeld rij je zo’n 10 a 12 uur per dag. Onderweg heb je via de boordcomputer of telefoon contact met de planning. Geen stress; is er iets? Dan is er altijd iemand bereikbaar die met je meedenkt. Af en toe werk je in het weekend. Maar geen zorgen: die uren krijg je doordeweeks terug als vrije tijd. Wel zo eerlijk.

• Vroege diensten, van 06:30 tot 15:30 uur;
• Late diensten, van 11:00 tot 20:00 uur.

• Salaris van €14,98 bruto per uur, conform schaal B2 van de cao BGV;
• Een urengarantie van 128 uur per 4 weken;
• Tijdelijk dienstverband met uitzicht op een rechtstreeks dienstverband bij de opdrachtgever;
• Een reiskostenvergoeding tot max €11,50 netto per dag (vanaf 10 km enkele reis);
• 8,33% vakantiegeld, opbouw van verlofuren en pensioen;

• Je hebt een EPT-certificaat of ervaring mee;
