Wat ga je doen?

In jouw rol als Medewerker Administratieve Ondersteuning voer je diverse administratieve taken uit en zorg je ervoor dat de dagelijkse activiteiten soepel verlopen. Je verwerkt en controleert klantgegevens, beheert dossiers en zorgt voor een efficiënte afhandeling van binnenkomende stukken. Jouw werkzaamheden dragen direct bij aan een zorgvuldige en klantgerichte dienstverlening.

Jouw verantwoordelijkheden omvatten onder andere:

  • Invoeren, controleren en afhandelen van klantgegevens, zoals contactgegevens en bankrekeningnummers in ons systeem (QSP);
  • Beheren, controleren en verwerken van binnenkomende dossierstukken;
  • Telefonisch contact onderhouden met externe partijen, zoals notarissen;
  • Verwerken van lijstwerk, data-entry en statusupdates binnen ons systeem;
  • Zorgdragen voor tijdige overboeking van hypotheekgelden naar de notaris;
  • Behandelen van e-mails en afhandelen van 2e-lijns telefonie.
  • Dagelijks verwerken van hypotheekmutaties en beheren van klantdossiers;
  • Ondersteunen bij de uitvoering van administratieve processen binnen de afdeling Acceptatie.

Dit ben jij

  • MBO werk- en denkniveau, bij voorkeur aangevuld met WFT-Basis;
  • Minimaal 2 jaar administratieve werkervaring;
  • Nauwkeurigheid en accuraatheid in je werk;
  • Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift;
  • Kennis van administratieve processen en ervaring met software zoals Microsoft Office;
  • Affiniteit met de hypotheekmarkt of interesse in verdere ontwikkeling binnen dit vakgebied;
  • Bekendheid met de Lean-methode en tools is een pre.
