Bij 4CEE kom je als tweede designer in een relatief klein (maar krachtig ) design team, waar je onderdeel bent van meerdere ontwikkelteams. Waar we van 6 labels naar één transformeren, ben jij met je collega Manon bezig om de verschillende software oplossingen te vertalen naar één business suite. Dit terwijl we de bestaande producten blijven doorontwikkelen.

Je komt in aanraking met meerdere producten en doelgroepsegmenten. Jij bent de vliegende keep in verschillende finance processen en zorgt voor consistentie en gebruiksvriendelijkheid over de gehele groep.

• Je wordt enthousiast van innovatie en loopt voor op ontwikkelingen in het vakgebied. Je zet AI op de juiste manier in, om meer focus te kunnen hebben op gebruikers(-wensen, -testen et cetera).

Hoe ziet jouw rol als Senior UX Designer / Product Designer bij Norday eruit?
Hoe je jezelf ook noemt, UX designer, interaction designer of product designer, voor ons ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de gebruikerservaring van de dingen die wij maken. Je bent betrokken bij het hele UX proces: van klantreizen en user flows, tot wireframes en gedetailleerd ontwerp.

Je komt te werken binnen een multidisciplinair team met de focus op digitale projecten in het publieke domein. In dit team werk je onder andere voor klanten als Gemeente Amsterdam, VeiligheidNL en Spacebuzz. Samen ontwerpen we de digitale dienstverlening van morgen — vanuit een gedeeld belang, inclusief en toekomstbestendig.

Je hebt de verantwoordelijkheid voor je eigen projecten en werkt aan verschillende type opdrachten met complexe UX vraagstukken. Denk hierbij aan een platform, slimme tool of mobiele app. Je werkt altijd samen met de rest van het team van designers, strategen en developers, dus je staat er niet alleen voor. Je bent de spin in het web die alle disciplines met elkaar verbindt.

Dit is wat er van je verwacht wordt
:

• Je legt het fundament van het project door de strategie en concepten te vertalen naar schetsen, flows en wireframes;
• Je doorgrondt complexe vragen en uitdagingen. Je verdiept je in de doelen van de klant en de behoeften van de eindgebruiker. Je kijkt conceptueel en kritisch naar vragen, bedenkt creatieve concepten en bent in staat om knopen door te hakken op momenten dat het ertoe doet;
• Je werkt wireframes en flows uit tot een gedetailleerd ontwerp met oog voor een design systeem en merkidentiteit;
• Je overziet de technische gevolgen van jouw beslissingen en weet daardoor grip te houden op de scope van het project;
• Je faciliteert (online en offline) workshops, variërend van klantreis- tot co-creatiesessies, om kennis te verzamelen, ideeën te genereren en richting te geven aan projecten.
• Je stelt bij een gebruikerstest het testplan op, neemt interviews af en verwerkt de resultaten in je ontwerp.

Herken jij jezelf hierin?

• Je hebt een aantal jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare design functie bij een creatief digitaal bureau, en kunt je ervaring aantonen via een gedegen portfolio;
• Je hebt een HBO/WO werk- en denkniveau en beheerst de Nederlandse taal volledig. Dit is essentieel voor klantcontact, interviews en workshops;
• Je kunt je verhaal goed overdragen en daarmee je team en de klant meenemen in het proces en enthousiasmeren voor de gekozen richting;

Your role
You'll be our go-to person for making sure our digital products look and feel just right. One day you might be creating reusable design components that work beautifully on mobile, tablet, and desktop. The next, you're prototyping a new feature idea and testing it directly with users to see if it truly meets their needs. You don't wait around for tasks; you ask questions, suggest improvements, and move projects forward. You'll be deeply involved in product discovery ("What should our product do?") before anyone starts building, making sure every solution has a clear purpose. And throughout, you'll balance the technical possibilities with how things will actually be implemented, guiding the design all the way through the feature cycle: from ideation, wireframing, and prototyping to implementation and feedback. • Design user flows using conversational and mobile-first principles, for mobile, tablet, and desktop.
