Opdrachten zijn voor korte of langere termijn en iedere keer weer anders daarom kan je in deze rol bij veel mooie organisaties jouw expertise toepassen als het gaat om salarisadministratie.
**Verantwoordelijkheden**
Als **Salarisadministrateur / Payroll Consultant** ben je verantwoordelijk voor:
+ Succesvol en zelfstandig verwerken van de loonadministratie inclusief de controle op juistheid en volledigheid;
+ Vertalen van klantbehoeften naar de mogelijkheden in de ADP software onder andere in samenwerking met een Implementatie/Service Specialist;
+ Adviseren van klanten op het gebied van wet- en regelgeving met betrekking tot de salarisadministratie;
+ Ondersteunen van de klant, zowel op afstand als op locatie bij de klant;
+ Voortdurend op de hoogte zijn van de ontwikkelingen bij de klant en hier (proactief) op inspelen.
**Profiel**
Wij zijn op zoek naar een kandidaat die een passie heeft voor het salarisvak en graag bij klanten op bezoek komt. Daarnaast zoeken we iemand die:
+ Uitgebreide kennis en ervaring heeft op het gebied van salarisverwerking;
+ Naast een afgeronde mbo- of hbo-opleiding ben je in het bezit van een PDL diploma en bereid om ook de VPS opleiding te volgen;
+ In het bezit is van een geldig rijbewijs B en bereid om te reizen door geheel Nederland;
+ Minimaal 32 uur per week beschikbaar is;

As the single threaded ProServe leader for the Nordics/BENELUX PALs are the "face of ProServe" and required to interlock with Amazon Global Sales (AGS) Leaders to ensure ProServe and AGS teams are working together as #OneAWSTeam to deliver bar raising customer business outcomes. PALs operate within the ProServe Geo leadership team, and are responsible for representing their Area, escalating blockers to performance, and ensuring teams are enabled to deliver results.
PALs routinely engage with C-level executives within our customers to provide executive leadership, relationship management, and pre-sales support. Ultimately, they are responsible for ensuring Area teams (Sales, Delivery, Partner) work closely to drive business performance that meets and exceeds customer expectations. Acting as a path of escalation, internally and for customers, PALs are expected to be knowledgeable of our sales mechanisms, have knowledge of ProServe products and services, and be skilled at navigating executive relationships and enterprises to deliver outcomes for customers.
Your experience gained within professional services will ideally be supported by broad technology sector knowledge, which will equip you with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value for customers. You will demonstrate proficiency in driving sales teams, and the ability to apply sales methodologies optimizing CRM systems coupled with strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management abilities. You will be measured on the Nordics/BENELUX performance against key metrics including but not limited to Revenue, Billable Bookings, operating margin, team engagement, and customer satisfaction.

The Service Delivery Technician provides physical support of data centre equipment in a critical environment. This role has a high level of engagement with our customers, employees, and vendors at all levels and will perform requested installations and troubleshoot tasks.

**Your role in our mission:**
● Provide smart hands support for any request requiring actions within the data centre space including server/network equipment racking, cabling and provide hands-on support for customer requests, on-the-job training will be provided.
● Monitor service management ticketing system for tasks as assigned throughout your daily shift.
Tasks can include customer requests, escorting, troubleshooting tickets, material handling, inventory management, and customer hardware and cabling installations.
● Proactively support the safety of the environment & occupants and ensure all safety procedures are adhered to while performing work.
● Proactively identify issues and take the needed steps to resolve them.
● Shipping and receiving: inbound and outbound shipments, dock space management, package delivery, customer service and will assist with recycling efforts.
