Als studenten coach draag je bij aan het begeleiden van studenten in een omgeving waar leren van elkaar en de praktijk centraal staat. Je werkt samen met een divers team aan onderwijsvernieuwing en maatschappelijke vraagstukken, terwijl je jezelf ontwikkelt en anderen inspireert. In deze rol krijg je de kans om jouw organisatorische en communicatieve vaardigheden in te zetten en te groeien in een innovatieve leeromgeving.
Wat je gaat doen:
- Begeleiden: van studenten bij opdrachten, projecten en peer-to-peer activiteiten.
- Co-creëren: van vernieuwende onderwijsprojecten en activiteiten samen met collega’s en studenten.
- Signaleren: van knelpunten en bijdragen aan verbeteringen in het onderwijs.
- Motiveren: van studenten om actief deel te nemen en hun mening te delen.
- Organiseren: van materialen, bestellingen en andere praktische taken.
- Een bruto uurloon van €15,15.
- Een flexibel contract dat aansluit op jouw agenda.
- Werk tussen 16 en 32 uur per week, afhankelijk van jouw beschikbaarheid.
- Training en begeleiding in een innovatieve leeromgeving om jouw talenten te ontwikkelen.
- Een inspirerend team waarin samenwerking en co-creatie centraal staan.
- Ruimte voor persoonlijke groei en netwerkmogelijkheden met studenten, docenten en maatschappelijke partners.
We zoeken een enthousiaste en betrokken MBO-student of alumni die graag een positieve impact wil maken binnen het onderwijs en de maatschappij.
- Je volgt een MBO-opleiding (niveau 2, 3 of 4) of bent alumni.
- Je hebt affiniteit met thema’s zoals mentale gezondheid en sociale veiligheid.
- Je bent communicatief sterk, flexibel en organisatorisch vaardig.
- Je durft je mening te geven en anderen te inspireren.
- Je bent gemotiveerd om jezelf en anderen te laten groeien.
De Peer Academy, gevestigd in Amsterdam, maakt deel uit van het gerenommeerde ROC van Amsterdam – Flevoland (ROCvA-vF). Deze vooruitstrevende mbo-instelling richt zich op onderwijsvernieuwing, persoonlijke groei en maatschappelijke impact. Bij de Peer Academy werk je in een inspirerende omgeving waar studenten, docenten en externe partners samenwerken aan oplossingen voor actuele vraagstukken. Hier draait leren niet alleen om theorie, maar vooral om praktijkervaring en samenwerking. Studeer jij rechten op universitair niveau? Zoek je een uitdagende juridische bijbaan voor 1 á 2 dagen per week? Kun je nauwkeurig en gestructureerd werken? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden:
- Het verrichten van jurisprudentieonderzoek;
- Het opstellen van eenvoudige juridische documenten (verzoekschriften, akten en bemiddelingsverslagen);
- Het behandelen van inkomende en uitgaande communicatie (telefoon, email, post) met cliënten, wederpartijen, rechtbanken en Gerechtshoven;
- Diverse lichte administratieve werkzaamheden ter ondersteuning van onze advocaten, zoals het invoeren van clientgegevens, het gereedmaken van dossiermappen, processtukken, archivering.
Herken jij jezelf in dit profiel?
- Representatief, enthousiast en vrolijk;
- Kennis van MS Officie (outlook, excel en word);
- Rechten studeren aan een universiteit;
- Werkervaring in een juridisch ondersteunende functie is een pré;
- Goede mondeling en schriftelijke beheersing van de Nederlandse taal mondeling en schriftelijk en goede beheersing van de Engelse taal;
- Nauwkeurig en verantwoordelijk;
- Integer kunnen omgaan met vertrouwelijke gegevens;
- Zelfstandig en dienstverlenend;
- Tenminste 1 tot 2 dagen per week beschikbaar gedurende tenminste een half jaar;
- Bij voorkeur woonachtig in Amsterdam of omgeving.
