Overall responsibility: Provide timely installation, configuration, and troubleshooting assistance to customers of Liquidware Labs products.

Key areas of responsibility

Qualifications

· 5+ years of experience in an advanced technical support or systems administration role.

· Requires excellent interpersonal and communication skills including verbal, written, negotiation, and platform communications

· Strong background & understanding in virtualization technologies, including VMware vSPhere/ESXi/View or Horizon, Hyper-V and Citrix XenApp/XenDesktop/AWS/Azure & Windows.

· Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server 2019+

· AWS Desktops / AppStream and Azure background a plus

· Advanced knowledge of troubleshooting Microsoft Windows operating systems using both native and 3rd party tools.

· Strong background in windows profile management.

· Advanced knowledge of managing and troubleshooting Microsoft Active Directory (users / groups, ADSI Edit, Replication, DNS, Permissions, LDAP, Group Policies, etc.).

Your tasks

Je werkt vanuit ons kantoor in IJmuiden tijdens reguliere kantoortijden (maandag t/m vrijdag). Je belangrijkste taak is het ondersteunen van offshore technici met jouw technische kennis, analyses en duidelijke instructies. Maar dat is niet alles:

  • Het eerste aanspreekpunt voor technici bij (complexe) storingen en foutopsporingen;
  • Je analyseert foutmeldingen van de Vestas-turbines en bepaalt de mogelijkheden voor remote troubleshooting;
  • Het verwerken van feedback vanuit de service technician en het definiëren van vervolgacties;
  • Je bepaalt welke benodigde reserveonderdelen en gereedschappen nodig zijn voor reparaties.
  • Het opstellen en updaten van technische documenten en procedures;
  • Je vertaalt data uit het veld naar concrete verbetermaatregelen.;

As an

you will play a crucial role in the order execution of medium voltage distribution systems within the data center industry. Your responsibilities will include system delivery, technical design, factory testing, and commissioning activities. This position offers a broad range of tasks, including creating electrical designs, sizing, and setting electrical protections.

Key Responsibilities

  • Configure medium voltage distribution systems and coordinate interfaces with international clients.
  • Review and verify technical designs.
  • Address and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Develop assembly and commissioning plans.
  • Conduct testing activities both on-site and in our factories.
  • Monitor project progress and resolve outstanding technical issues.
  • Place orders and assess the commercial impact of additional work performed.
  • Collaborate with an experienced lead engineer.

Profile Requirements

  • MBO or HBO, Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of experience, preferably in international projects.
  • Proficient in medium voltage distribution systems and protection relays.
