This role is central to ensuring that customer demand is met in a timely, cost-effective, and scalable way — while optimizing inventory, production, and working capital. Strategic Planning & Leadership- Co-lead the Regional IBP process alongside the Regional Director of Integrated Supply Chain Planning to ensure alignment of demand, supply, and financial plans.
- Design and implement inventory strategies to optimize stock levels, minimize excess or obsolete inventory, and improve working capital efficiency.
- Act as a strategic advisor to the Regional Director of Integrated Supply Chain Planning by providing insights, data-driven recommendations, and forward-looking supply chain scenarios.
- Drive continuous improvement and digital transformation of planning processes.
- Lead the S&OE process by reviewing short-term demand and supply gaps with multiple market stakeholders.
- Collaborate with demand planning to interpret customer and market signals and ensure readiness across the supply network.
- Implement inventory optimization models, safety stock policies, and replenishment strategies.

Functieomschrijving
Als Logistiek Medewerker zorg je dat de producten die online worden samen gevoegd in 1 klantbestelling, dat gebeurt aan een transportband . Je bent de hele dag bezig om de bestellingen klaar te maken en verricht ook de daar bijhorende administratieve taken en inpakwerkzaamheden. Je komt te werken in een team van ongeveer 50 medewerkers die zich met dezelfde werkzaamheden bezig houden, het totale bedrijf bestaat uit bijna 200 medewerkers. Samen met je collega's zorg je dat alle producten van leveranciers naar de klant, zowel nationaal als internationaal, juist verwerkt worden.
Over het bedrijfHet bedrijf waar je komt te werken is een snelgroeiende e-commerce organisatie die de afgelopen jaren de transitie heeft gemaakt van het verkopen uit een winkel naar een zeer succesvolle webshop. Ze beschikken over 2 locaties waarvan 1 dient als showroom en de andere locatie is het moderne distributiecentrum in Waddinxveen. Binnen het bedrijf staan klant- en medewerker tevredenheid hoog in het vaandel. Door hier veel in te investeren willen ze het volledige bedrijf naar een hoger plan tillen.
Wat wij vragen- Je hebt ervaring in de logistiek
- Je spreekt de Nederlandse of Engelse taal
- In verband met bereikbaarheid beschikt je over vervoer, of ben je woonachtig in regio Waddinxveen
- Je bent bereidt om incidenteel op zaterdag te werken
- Bruto maandsalaris van €2700 per maand
- Fulltime baan voor langere tijd, met uitzicht op een vaste aanstelling

- 25 vakantiedagen en 8,33% vakantiegeld
