Functieomschrijving
Als planner ben je verantwoordelijk voor de planning van o.a. Chauffeurs, vrachtwagens en onderhoud. Jouw dag begint om 07:30 uur en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor binnenkomende opdrachten. Hoe ziet deze functie er verder uit?
- Je speelt in op ad-hoc wijzigingen door bijvoorbeeld een ziekmelding of urgente opdrachten
- Je geeft wijzigingen aan chauffeurs en informeert klanten
- Je monitort de chauffeurs, vrachtwagens en houdt bij of alles goed verloopt
- Je plant de binnenkomende orders zo efficiënt mogelijk in
- Je houdt het onderhoud van vrachtwagens in de gaten
Uiteindelijk zorg je ervoor dat de puzzel (planning) klopt en de chauffeurs geïnstrueerd zijn voor de werkzaamheden van de volgende dag zodat jij met een voldaan gevoel naar huis kunt!

Als logistiek medewerker ben je verantwoordelijk voor de inkomende en uitgaande stroom van goederen. Om de werkzaamheden op de expeditieafdeling zo efficiënt mogelijk te laten verlopen, heb je doorlopend contact met je collega’s en leidinggevenden. De werkzaamheden bestaan o.a. uit het:
- Met behulp van een elektrische pallettruck lossen van de inkomende goederen en het uitvoeren van de bijbehorende ingangscontrole
- Het verzendklaar maken van de goederen met gebruik van weegschaal, scanner en computer;
- Met behulp van een elektrische pallettruck laden van de klaargezette goederen en het uitvoeren van de bijbehorende uitgang controle
Jij werkt van maandag t/m vrijdag van 09:00 tot 17:00 of van 07:00 tot 15:30.
Over het bedrijfHet bedrijf waar jij gaat werken is een zelfstandig opererend vrieshuis, wat betekent dat er niet alleen goederen voor onze twee holdings worden opgeslagen, maar ook voor derden. Vanwege de gunstige geografische ligging ten opzichte van de haven van Rotterdam en luchthaven Schiphol Amsterdam én de directe ligging aan verschillende snelwegen, is onze opdrachtgever eenvoudig en snel te bereiken voor haar klanten. Onze opdrachtgever heeft een grote opslagcapaciteit voor het opslaan van diepgevroren goederen en kan daarnaast ook gekoelde- en droogopslag verzorgen. Bij onze opdrachtgever worden complete pallets in- en uitgeslagen, maar ook losse dozen gepalletiseerd. Daarnaast bieden zij diverse toegevoegde diensten aan zoals foliën, verpakken, kantelen op een andere pallet, labellen en omstapelen naar de wensen en behoeften van de klant. Op de logistieke afdelingen heb je dus een veelzijdige baan!
