About The Opportunity
Data is at the heart of decisions at Bitvavo. We are expanding our Product & Marketing Analytics team and are looking for a Senior Data Analyst – Experimentation to join us.
In this role, you will lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests and other experiments to drive insights and guide decision-making across product and marketing. Your work will directly influence how we optimize the user journey and scale our growth strategies.
In this role you will work closely with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Business Control, Data Engineers, and other Analysts and Scientists - helping teams design, execute, and learn from rigorous experiments.
What You'll Be Doing
Responsibilities
You act as an analytics business partner to the domain managers. This requires a proactive, self-starting attitude. There is a lot of freedom to bring your expertise and ideas into practice. You will be responsible, amongst other things, for the following:
Experimentation & Analysis
- Design, implement, and evaluate experiments (e.g., A/B, multivariate, holdout tests) across product and marketing initiatives
- Provide guidance on statistical validity, sample sizing, and experiment setup
- Analyze user behavior across the full customer funnel to identify growth opportunities
- Translate experimental outcomes into actionable insights and business recommendations
Stakeholder Collaboration

What We Look For

- Strong experience in designing and analyzing controlled experiments (e.g., A/B tests), with knowledge of causal inference and statistical testing best practices
- End-to-end understanding of databases, data warehouse development, and data transformation tools

Role Description:
Data Analysts I work on analytics tasks such as reporting, visualization and analysis within the scope of their team. They will be responsible for supporting, reporting on and analyzing the operational performance of the Order 2 Cash department within Finance, ensuring that data is leveraged with maximum impact. They will be a dynamic and flexible partner to our stakeholders - able to build and maintain meaningful and insightful reports that will help steer the business and facilitate decision-making, as well as take the lead on projects as needed.

We're looking for our first Senior Data Analyst to join our growing team and use our data to inform important strategic decisions for Tebi. You will be the crucial link between our vast datasets and the critical decisions made by our senior leaders, finance, product and operations teams.

As Trade Analyst eCommerce - Partner Program, you will play a key role in supporting the growth of Tommy Hilfiger's marketplace partnerships by delivering deep commercial insights. The objective of the DTC Analytics & Reporting team within PVH Europe is to act as the bridge between the Business, Finance, and Data Teams; supporting the Business owners to translate their strategies into budgets and long-term plans; and with that setting and safeguarding targets for PVH Europe. **The Position**
This is an exciting opportunity to join our PVHE DTC Analytics and Reporting team. Based in Amsterdam, the Business Analyst - Omnichannel position reports into the Director DTC Analytics & Reporting. The role is responsible for driving performance mindset, delivering reporting capabilities and collaborating with stakeholders from across the Omnichannel business.
In this role, you are expected to analyze metrics and design reports in order to drive critical business decisions. You will also contribute to projects aimed at standardizing and automating our business performance and financial reporting. A successful candidate will be a self-starter who is able to work cross-functionally, highly collaborative, and feels comfortable working with multiple stakeholders. In this role you will play a crucial role in the current SAP BW to Databricks re-platforming of the data reporting system for the back end and from Tableau to PowerBI for frontend reporting.
**Key Responsibilities:**
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business requirements, translating them into data analysis and reporting objectives.
+ Query, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources to derive meaningful insights and trends.
+ Perform statistical analysis and modeling to support business decision-making.
+ Communicate findings and insights effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders through presentations, reports, and data visualizations.
+ Develop and maintain data models and data visualizations to support ongoing reporting and analysis needs.
+ Support the development of enterprise dashboards using data visualization tools like PowerBI.
+ Develop pilot or small-scale dashboard solutions using PowerBI.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, merchandising, finance, and operations, to understand business needs and provide actionable insights.
+ Monitor data quality and identify and resolve data inconsistencies or anomalies.
