**The Team**
The Tommy Hilfiger Global Store Design and Visual Experience department is responsible for providing consumers the most compelling windows, store and showroom experiences across all markets. Working collaboratively with the APAC, Americas and EMEA regions, the global team delivers the strategy, concepts and tools required for regional rollout.
The Windows & Concepts design team is an agile, specialised team of architects, interior and graphic designers who oversee the creative strategy and seasonal concepts for windows, pop-ups and showrooms worldwide, working in close collaboration with Global Marketing to bring our big brand stories to life across all consumer touchpoints.
**Key Responsibilities**
+ Conceptualise, design and execute seasonal showroom spaces, working closely with Visual Merchandising and Store Concept Teams.
+ Conceptualise, design and execute captivating window and pop up designs that communicate the Tommy Hilfiger brand and create a unified brand story and visual alignment across global regions.
+ Collaborate with TH product designers to creative research and build strong creative concepts around given themes and seasonal product focuses.
+ Create concept presentations developing mood boards, sketches, 3d models and final renders for internal and external review.
+ Collaborate with graphic designers to develop 2D assets for windows, pop-ups and showrooms.
+ Collaborate with the production specialists to ensure accurate execution of designs, considering construction details, material specifications and budget requirements.
+ Support in key EMEA window and showroom overnight installations.
+ Support remotely the delivery and roll out of seasonal concepts to the global PVH showroom locations (30+) and regional teams.
+ Working with external vendors on the production and build of projects.

Related university degree with a minimum of 4+ years work experience in window & interior design (or related design fields)

Confident user of AutoCAD (or similar)
Fluent English communication skills (both written and spoken)

**The Position**
The Director Concept & Interior Design is a strategic and leadership role responsible for providing direction to managers and professional associates in the development of innovative retail design concepts and consumer environments. This position ensures that the brand's vision is successfully brought to life across all store formats while maintaining consistency, operational feasibility, and scalability.
The Director is accountable for the performance and results of multiple related teams, overseeing store concept execution across global and regional markets. This role requires developing departmental plans, setting organizational priorities, and ensuring alignment with business objectives. Decision-making is guided by department and regional objectives, ensuring an optimal balance between brand storytelling, commercial impact, and operational excellence.
This position also leads a team of designers, architects, and retail experience specialists, exercising full management authority, including performance reviews, pay decisions, recruitment, and disciplinary actions. The Director collaborates cross-functionally with key business stakeholders, including regional store development teams, marketing, windows, and visual merchandising, ensuring seamless execution and impact of store concepts.

**Requirements**
+ Master's degree in architecture, interior design, retail design, or equivalent experience. Advanced certifications in experiential design, environmental branding, or spatial design are a strong plus.
+ 10+ years of experience in retail store concept design, with a strong focus on in-house development for premium/luxury retail environments or architecture within a global fashion or lifestyle brand. Extensive expertise in concept design is essential, including full ownership of concept creation from initial vision to execution, material innovation, fixture development, and spatial storytelling-translating brand identity into immersive physical spaces from retail stores/environments, shops, and outlet channels.
+ 5+ years of progressive leadership experience, specifically in leading concept design teams and setting long-term creative direction.
+ Proven expertise in concept and interior design innovation, with a portfolio demonstrating full ownership of retail store concepts from ideation to execution, including material innovation, fixture development, and immersive brand storytelling.
+ Deep knowledge of architectural planning for retail environments, including consumer journey mapping, zoning, and strategic layout development. Proven experience driving commercial results at scale is a must.
+ Proven experience in evaluating and measuring retail store and shop fit-outs against KPIs linked to store-level P&L performance, using insights to inform design strategies that enhance productivity and drive commercial results.
+ Experience overseeing end-to-end global rollouts, ensuring concept integrity while adapting to regional market needs.

**The Team**
The Tommy Hilfiger Global Store Design and Visual Experience department is responsible for providing consumers the most compelling store and showroom experience through concept design, visual merchandising and windows across all channels and markets. **The Position**
The Senior Specialist Window and Showroom Concepts, part of the Windows & Showroom team reporting to the Senior Design Manager Window & Showroom Concepts, works collaboratively as a part of a design team to create impactful window and showroom concepts for rollout worldwide. Key responsibilities include:
+ Partner with Window & Showroom Concept team to design & develop creative window & showroom concepts across Tommy Hilfiger and Tommy Jeans for all channels
+ Support concept development including creative research, mood boards, concept sketching, material research and spatial planning, working across 2D and 2D projects
+ Create detailed design drawings and construction packs, working with external vendors on the production and build of each project
+ Create artworks & graphics for large scale print and production
+ Collaborate with design and divisional merchandising teams in order to identify and define the seasonal product focuses and related visual merchandising needs
+ Partner closely with Senior Design Manager to ensure on-time delivery of project deliverables
+ Partner with project manager and production specialist on detailed briefings for regional production and rollout
+ Partner with other creative teams to ensure visual alignment across consumer touchpoints
+ Partner closely with the wider team in the related sourcing, tendering and budgeting of projects
+ Support remotely the delivery and roll out of seasonal concepts to the global PVH showroom locations (30+) and regional teams
+ Work with in-house digital teams to evolve our digital footprint and create new, brand-relevant digital experiences within the showrooms

+ Demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the retail landscape (including wholesale, retail, franchises and independents)
**The Ideal Candidate**
+ Related university degree + 4-7 years' work experience in window & interior design
+ A passion for global retail, art and design trends
+ Experience in graphic design and creating artwork for large scale print and use in interiors
+ Highly skilled in Sketchup is essential to the role (with V-Ray for rendering a plus)
