At INDG we're looking for a Senior CG Art Director, who will be responsible for continuous creative oversight and creation of stills for our wide range of clients in the automotive industry. INDG does all things 3D, focusing on presenting physical products in digital space in all sorts of interesting ways.

We're seeking a CG Art Director with strong 3D experience and a solid background in car photography who can lead virtual shoots creatively and technically, while leveraging the power of AI to craft stunning automotive visuals. With exceptional composition, lighting, and art direction skills, you'll guide an international team of experienced 3D artists to push boundaries and deliver unparalleled visual experiences. The ideal candidate has an entrepreneurial mindset, a deep understanding of the automotive industry, and a drive to own projects from concept to delivery.
What will you be doing?
Conceptualizing and communicating ideas: Develop pitch decks, style proposals, storyboards, sketches, concept art, mood boards, and mock-ups to articulate concepts to clients and teams.
Interpreting client briefs: Identify client needs and translate them into clear, actionable directions for the team.
Brand integration: Understand each brand's unique essence and ensure seamless integration of creative elements into its universe.
Driving visual uniqueness: Infuse every project with innovative, visually distinct ideas while meeting objectives and client expectations.
Leveraging AI tools: Incorporate AI-powered image generation tools to create cutting-edge concepts and expand creative possibilities in automotive visualization.
Coordinating teams and QA: Lead in-house and external teams, provide feedback and approvals, troubleshoot technical challenges, and ensure renders achieve top-tier quality.
Overseeing production: Manage all stages of production, ensuring projects meet creative and visual standards from concept to delivery.
Would be amazing if you have:
Experience in the automotive industry: Proven expertise in automotive-focused projects, with a strong understanding of the industry's specific visual and technical demands.
Background in car photography: An eye for automotive composition, lighting, and storytelling that translates seamlessly into the CG space.
Experience: 8+ years in a similar position, with a portfolio showcasing your exceptional eye for detail and ability to push boundaries in automotive visualization.
Product love: A passion for cars, motorcycles, and marine engines, paired with an understanding of their unique needs and how they work.
People skills: Comfort in interacting directly with brands and leading a diverse, global team of talented artists.
Strong technical and creative skills: Expertise in composition, lighting, and CG visual standards, with a keen understanding of the latest trends in automotive visualization and AI technology.
Hands-on attitude: While primarily directing, you're comfortable diving into production when needed and can independently handle smaller projects from start to finish.
Deadline resilience: Thrive under pressure and lead teams through tight deadlines.
AI curiosity: Interest or experience in using AI tools to drive innovation in visual storytelling.
Fluency in English: Clear communication in a fast-paced, international environment.

The Director of Creative Design & Showroom Development plays a critical leadership role in translating global creative direction into compelling regional expressions across all physical and experiential retail environments. This role leads the adaptation, enhancement, and expansion of global window concepts, in-store campaigns, and showroom installations tailored to local markets and commercial opportunities.
This individual manages the development and delivery of high-quality creative executions that align with the Tommy Hilfiger brand aesthetic and 360° marketing strategy. The role oversees a multidisciplinary team responsible for creative development, seasonal animation proposals, propping, vendor management, and consumer-facing communications-ensuring flawless execution across all channels: Retail, Concession, Wholesale, Showrooms, and Outlet.
The goal of this role is to enhance the brand experience and consumer journey. To improve conversion and to enhance the traffic to our stores and the vision of the brand.
**Key Responsibilities:**
**Creative Concept Adaptation & Development**
+ Localize and enhance global window designs and campaign concepts to reflect regional relevance and cultural moments (e.g., Ramadan, Eid, Pitti), as well as seasonal opportunities-always with a mindset tied to ROI.
+ Design and propose additional pop-ups and seasonal animations to respond to emerging opportunities.
+ Ensure all creative work reflects the Tommy Hilfiger aesthetic and core brand values.
+ Value-engineer and procure with external partners for best-practice execution and cost efficiency.
**Showroom Design & Execution**
+ Lead the conceptualization and execution of showrooms across the region in collaboration with market and global teams.
+ Create innovative, product-focused planograms aligned with the seasonal product strategy, conceptual flow, and brand storytelling.
+ Oversee the budgeting and project management of showroom builds.
+ Ensure showroom experiences are inspiring, immersive, and aligned with sell-in goals.
**Cross-Functional Alignment & Campaign Integration**
+ Partner with Marketing to ensure timing, messaging, and creative assets are synchronized with EMEA business priorities.
+ Collaborate with Visual Merchandising and Assortment teams to ensure in-store execution aligns with campaign strategy and lightbox placement.
+ Represent regional needs to global teams to influence asset delivery timelines and content creation.
**Consumer Communications & In-Store Media**
+ Oversee campaign imagery selection, lightbox placement, digital content, and consumer signage.
+ Ensure premium print production and the timely rollout of all consumer-facing visuals.
+ Align messaging and visuals with commercial goals and retail formats.
**Budget Management & Vendor Oversight**
+ Manage the full creative design and production budget, including forecasting, phasing, and reconciliation.
+ Source and negotiate with external vendors and partners to deliver high-quality outputs within budget.
+ Maintain strong relationships with production studios and suppliers to ensure consistent delivery.
**Team Leadership & Talent Development**
+ Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing creative and production team.
+ Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
+ Identify and nurture future leaders; build succession plans within the team.
**The Ideal Candidate**
+ 10+ years of experience in visual merchandising, creative design, experiential marketing, or branded environments, with strong leadership credentials.
+ Proven experience in window design, showroom development, and cross-channel campaign execution.
+ Strong financial acumen with the ability to manage complex budgets and vendor contracts.
+ Deep understanding of brand storytelling, retail trends, and cultural nuances in local markets.
+ Skilled in cross-functional collaboration with marketing, merchandising, and retail teams.
+ Strong design sensibility, strategic mindset, and ability to lead both conceptually and operationally.
+ Problem-solver with the ability to pivot quickly in response to changing needs.
