Samen met een team van Service Engineers werk je aan het behouden van klanttevredenheid door snel en adequaat te handelen. **Wat doe je?**
Als Customer Care Service Specialist ben je verantwoordelijk voor het installeren van onze instrumenten en randapparatuur, het uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud aan laboratoriumapparatuur van Roche Diagnostics Nederland. Je bent lid van een Customer Care Service team dat in Nederland opereert en wordt gecoacht door een Lead. Jouw belangrijkste taken bestaan uit:
+ Installeren van instrumenten/systemen en zorgdragen voor de continuïteit van de Roche-systemen bij klanten;
+ Technisch vrijgeven van analytische systemen voor laboratoriumgebruik;
+ Uitvoeren van preventief en correctief onderhoud, systeem modificaties en updates/upgrades aan Roche-systemen;
+ Proactieve service verlenen middels data intelligence;
+ Ontwikkelen en verbeteren van serviceprocessen;
+ Begeleiden en trainen van klanten;
+ Beheer van de auto-voorraad (spare parts), meetapparatuur en gereedschap;
+ Verrichten van administratieve werkzaamheden behorend bij de functie;
+ Draaien van bereikbaarheidsdiensten;
+ Signaleren, creëren en doorgeven van commerciële kansen bij klanten.

Daarnaast heb je een passie voor techniek en het verlenen van optimale service. Ook heb je goede communicatieve vaardigheden, neem je initiatief en ben je in staat om collega's te overtuigen van jouw voorstellen.
**Wat breng je mee:**
+ Je woont en werkt in Nederland, bij voorkeur in Zuid-West Nederland (regio Rotterdam/Den Haag);
+ Afgeronde technische opleiding, bij voorkeur Medische Techniek (minimaal MBO 4);
+ Minimaal 2 jaar relevante werkervaring;
+ Vakinhoudelijke kennis van het primaire werkgebied is een pré;
+ Kennis van organisatorische aspecten van ziekenhuizen en/of laboratoria is een pré;
+ Goede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal in woord en geschrift.
